A 600 m del hotel más famoso de st barth, eden rock hotel. Puede caminar hasta la playa de st jean.

La casa es nueva - Acabado a finales de 2008. Esta villa es única en la decoración y equipamiento.
Algo muy importante es la orientación de la casa, tiene sol bajo la piscina swinmming desde la mañana hasta la puesta de sol, puesta .tiene tener un área de abertura con sala de estar y kithchen, abierto en la zona de cubierta.
Le encantará la piscina de piedra con el calor solar (el mejor durante el invierno).

No es un loft y tres camas king size, (6 personas máximo), todas con aire acondicionado y 2 TV, con cable en cada habitación. Las dos habitaciones están equipadas con muebles de teca moderna.

Tiene servicio de limpieza todos los días (excepto el día criadas apagado).

El área está en lo alto de la colina y el interior de la vegetación; muy silencioso. En la parte posterior de la casa hay un jardín de frutas con muchas frutas tropicales.

Dentro de la casa se encuentra un equipamiento moderno, Hi-Fi, vídeo, pantalla plana, un total de 3 TV CON cabble y CNN, cine en casa, aparatos de cocina Wi-Fi, teléfono, fax, estación de mobil iPod (boose) Con equipo de Nespresso.

Una casa única en St Barth, donde se pueden hacer recuerdos fantásticos.

Lovely and Peaceful

My husband and I recently spent 10 days at Villa Anakao. We returned to St. Bart after 15 years and had a fantastic time. The villa was perfect and Sandy and Christian were very helpful when we had questions. I will definitely return and rent again!!

Best vacation ever

There are no words that can do justice to our week in St. Barts. Everything was just perfect -from communication with Christian prior to arrival,him picking us up from the ferry and being available to answer questions and give recommendations.The villa is spacious, beautiful and very relaxing. The pictures on VRBO do not convey just how pretty this villa is. Great location in the middle of the island and close to everything this beautiful Island has to offer. We will be back for sure in the future. Thank you Christian and Sandy for allowing us to stay in your beautiful Anakao.

Great villa, great host and good location

Christian was an exceptional host. He met us at the airport, helped with luggage and guided us to the property. As indicated by the other reviews, the roadway/driveway to the villa is very steep & somewhat rugged - but this is just the nature of access to most villas on the hill. Driving on St Barts in general requires some decent skill, and after the initial learning curve, it was a non-issue for the balance of the trip.The configuration of the villa was ideal for our family of 5 (2 3 children). Master suite for adults and the three kids occupied the 2nd BR plus loft BR#3. Interior finishes were nice and consistent with the pictures. The pool and outside areas were very nice. Views of the hills over St Jean were very nice. You cannot see the beach based on the western exposure and hills that block the direct sea exposure. But it’s a lovely setting.Highly recommend. We would stay there again. I thought it was a quite fair value for SBH.

Great home with beautiful views

My family and I loved the property - communicating with Christian was incredibly easy and he was always available to help answer any of our questions. It’s about a 10 minute walk to St Jean beach, but I will say there is a very steep hill leading up to the house which may be difficult for some. Driving up and down this hill is also slightly difficult at first, but gets better after some practice. Overall, beautiful house and amazing views!

Where do I start? This place is incredible. The view in the morning is unbeatable and Christian makes life easy once you are on the island. The proximity to the beach, and the landscape looking out from the villa make you never want to leave. Sometimes it pours sheets of rain when its perfectly sunny, truly a magical place. Definitely a must visit place and the best trip I have been on since using VRBO // HomeAway for 5 Years :) ! Perfect rental!

Having already rent in Saint Barth, we were partycularly taken by villa Anakao. This villa combines charm and all the amenities you can possibly need in a house. All of them being perfectly well maintened. The villa is elegently and tastefully furnished and all the elements of decor, inside and outside the house, including the swimming pool have been thoughtfully chosen. Most of all, the owners offer a particularly warm welcome and keep considerate attention to their guests all along their stay. This is a first-class address to recommend. We will definitely spend some time there again.

Family holiday July 2010

Villa Anakao is a real oasis on the beautiful island of St Barths. It makes an excellent place for some R&R. Sandy met us at the tiny airport (the landing is exciting) and guided us to the villa; which is new and with a very pleasing contemporary design, equiped to be a home from home. It is well furnished with high quality equipment and cleaned daily which makes for a lovely return each day. The villa commands a lovely quiet view over the valley yet it is only minutes from St Jean (Eden Rock, Nikki Beach, Tom Beach...). Sandy and Christian checked with us to ensure everything was to our liking and we felt welcome and truly enjoyed our stay. We tried every beach on the island and found Flamands and Gouverneur to be great beeches, with Shell Beach and St Jean with easy access to good restaurants on/by the beach. St Barths is a cross betwen Saint Tropez and Ile de Re, with the best of both within the Caribbean. The sea is a delight as is the soft white sandy beaches. Villa Anakao fits the ambience perfectly and the warm pool makes for a pleasant dip after a hot day. As a family, we loved the island and the villa and will be sure to come back to both. So much more to add but then that would take away your own adventure and exploration of Villa Anakao and St Barths.

VILLA ANAKAO? WONDERFUL!!...

VILLA ANAKAO? WONDERFUL!!!! We have just returned from a two-week stay(January 2010)in this lovely new villa, and we are like jelly! Our vacation was so relaxing and restorative, thanks to not only a beautiful, well-appointed villa, but kudos to the kind owners, Sandy and Christian. They maintain a well-kept property, one nestled within native vegetation of beautiful flowering trees and sweeping vistas of surrounding environs. We never slept better! The kitchen was the grand feature for me, as I enjoy cooking, and my husband and I both enjoy eating! Well appointed and maintained daily, the kitchen was great fun for everything.... cooking, entertaining, and just relishing in the island flavors that emanated from this warm atmosphere. My husband particularly enjoyed the BOSE system for Ipod and the pool, which is the crown jewel of ANAKAO. Every day upon our return from the beach, the first thing we did was spritz off in the outdoor shower and then hit the solar-heated pool, which is gorgeous!!!! (And CLEAN. ALWAYS!!!) Another comfortable feature of ANAKAO is the layout....easy, great flow, and as mentioned, the pool/sitting area. PERFECT! Any special request we had, (extra beach towels, more candles, etc.), the owners were prompt and positive in their replies. All in all, we would recommend this property to those who are seeking a quality vacation of quiet, views, privacy, and the best, owners who embrace their guests with much hospitality and warmth. Christian and Sandy are truly the heart of ANAKAO. Nearby with their own private, unseen residence, Sandy and Christian's quiet, unobtrusive presence translates to this home, which in turn, speaks to all who luckily find ANAKAO......a unique property that is reminiscent of old-style hospitality but in an updated,modern way. What more could one desire? The sun always shines at ANAKAO, outside and most especially, within. Recently returned from a ...

Recently returned from a great vacation at Villa Anakao. The villa owner, Christian, was a wonderful host and very helpful. It is clear he takes great pride in his recently remodeled home. The finishes are very high quality with an open floorplan, great pool area, fantastic master bedroom and guest room with access to a double bed loft. Perfect for three people, two to three couples, or a family of five. Though you do not have a view of St. Jean bay, the peaceful setting (just up the road from Eden Rock) and the mountain views toward the airport in the distance make for a great experience. Though I've never had a "bad" experience over the last 20 years on the island, Villa Anakao is well worth renting. It's a great value, a very convenient location with a helpful and charming owner. Try it, you'll like it. My family and I will definately be back!

This location: it's the perfect area in St Barthelemy. It is a very quiet area, very green and the best in st barth: st jean .Perfect if you like make exercice, footing or walking ,because is the unique flat area of st barth. Around 2 km of the airport .

This is very high quality home in a quiet with sun from mornign until sunset is great and very important to use the swimming pool all the day. The swimming pool with solar heat is very pleasant during the winter. We offer real service ... that is difficult to find in St Barthelemy, we are professionals.
