Great experience

Exactly as described, and well maintained. Perfect for a family stay. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, and less than half a block from a Publix store. Excellent location.

Great Stay Again!

This is our third year staying at this private complex/unit. Beautiful unit/complex, well kept, peaceful (just what we needed). Grocery store across the street, walk to several restaurants. I can't say enough good things about it. Our plan is to come back again!

Great place

Very clean and comfortable place. Extremely well equipped, plenty of towels (including beach towels), great kitchen supplies (even has spices), beach chairs, games, etc. everything you could need. Nice pool area and grills and an easy walk to the beach. Location is perfect. We will definitely come back.

The condo was just as advertised and was supplied beyond expectations. The host, Rafael was most accommodating and easy to communicate with. We were so pleased with the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. We will definitely love to return and highly recommend.

Amazing vacation!

One of our best vacations yet! Close to Chase stadium, the beach, fishing and great food. Across the street from groceries and walking distance to lots of great restaurants. We walked to the beach (10-15min). The place was well stocked with beach towels and chairs. There was even a wagon to carry everything to the beach. Rafael was great! Would highly recommend.

Our 2nd Stay!

This is our second stay at this unit. This complex does NOT disappoint! Wonderful quiet, super clean location close to Publix and great restaurants! Easy access to Pompano Beach and super shopping! Manager on premises and very accommodating. We WILL be going back!

Well appointed apartment in a good location! Can walk to the beach, also an easy drive with good parking options. Quiet neighborhood with great restaurant options. Parking space was a plus! Pool area was nice, and apartment itself was great. Very comfortable beds! Communication with management was easy. Would recommend!

Home Away from Home

Our host was very accommodating with us arriving early. We had everything we needed from kid dishes and utensils, extra rags, towels and linens. The property was clean and updated. The beds were comfy and spacious and all rooms had nice TV. We will definitely book again.

Comfortable and clean

The unit was clean, well stocked and comfortable. First two days could not relax by the pool because they were renovating a unit and it was very noisy. There was also nude bathing one evening.

The apartment was clean, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Some fishing in back waterway and also friendly iguanas! Very nice view of sunset from the back dock and very relaxing. Rafael was very nice and helpful. Great location, with Publix within walking distance. Recommend Razzleberry’s Ice Cream, it was delicious 😋

Ideal Rental

This condo was everything we needed; close to the beach, incredible restaurants, & entertainment. The layout of the interior was perfect for your son & daughter. They had their space and we had ours. It has been updated, offers many locations to unpack & really make it "yours". It was my husband's birthday & the owner had left a balloons & beverages for him to enjoy. I really appreciated the hospitality & will be back again for sure!

Fantastic stay at Pompano beach #2447041vb

Our stay was very nice and the location was convenient for us. We loved the warmed pool! Other residents were kind. We didn't get necessary incoming info from Vrbo. I had to ask about it from the property manager who took care of the problem very quickly and promptly. Overall his communication was great! Thanks for that! We loved to be over there at Brendwood house.

Cozy, clean & convenient condo

We stayed at Brentwood Condo, 1st floor, right next to the pool area. This condo was very well kept and very clean. We, 4 of us, all adults stayed very comfortably there. Super market Publix was right cross the street, 2 minutes walk. Restaurants were all over and in walking distance. To the Pompano Beach entrance, you have to walk at least 10 minutes but very easy walk. Pompano Beach was amazingly very clean! We’re so lucky that the weather was perfect all week there. Everyday temperature was 80~85°F. We’d like to come back again!

Beach Oasis!

This property was perfect, the check in process and the owner were easy to communicate with. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was brand new and extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beach was in walking distance along with many different restaurants, shops, publix,(grocery store) bars etc. our favorite restaurant was Cafe Max. The food was amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone if they are staying in pompano beach. There is also one parking spot. (But plenty of guest parking for your friends to join) The condo had two nice sized bedrooms along with a nice jack and Jill bathroom and a half bath. We can’t wait to come back here again!

Well furnished spotless Condo

This unit was recently remodeled and feels like new. It was extremely clean upon our arrival which is very much appreciated. Whoever decorated and furnished the condo has great taste. The color schemes, art, furnishings and overall attention to detail made for a very comfortable stay. Rafael was a great and accommodating host. We had plenty of towels and supplies to last us our entire 9-night stay. The Keurig coffee and welcome gift was also a nice touch.The condo is very close to the assigned parking spot which was quite helpful when unloading the car. The central location can’t be beat. Only 1 block to the Publix grocery store and a short stroll to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Florida getaway

We had a wonderful family vacation. It was so nice to be able to walk to everything. We walked to the beach no problem. It’s an easy .5 mile walk with a few stoplights to cross. Beach was beautiful. Condo was sparkling clean and well stocked. Only small thing it can use is ice cube tray. My husband and son had a blast fishing in canal in the back of the condo. Host was kind, helpful and attentive. Pool was warm and clean. My kids had fun swimming. It’s a quiet place so I tried to not let my kids go wide open like they normally do. We drove to Everglades National park one day and it took us about 1 hr 40 minutes to get there. Well worth the trip. Thank you for having us!

Great choice!

This was an apartment in a motel-like setting, but it was much nicer than what you might think of as a motel- extremely clean inside and out, a beautiful sitting area in the center of the U shaped building, with a small pool and very well manicured landscaping. Inside, we found an extremely well-stocked kitchen, will all like-new appliances, and high end small appliances. Everything was overall comfortable- not elegant by any means, but what you would expect from a nice beach home. We saw the property manager nearly every day outside cleaning or maintaining something. One of our bedroom doors had a problem closing and he answered the phone immediately, came by when he said he would, and fixed it quickly, and was. very pleasant. The place was completely populated by seniors, as far as we can tell- people were friendly and overall the place was pretty quiet. About 15 min walk to the beach (you have to walk over the intercoastal bridge, but it is a very small one as far as those things go.) We were also walking distance to at least a dozen really nice restaurants, ranging in price. A good choice.

Wonderful vacation time

it was absolutely wonderful. everything we needed was there. There was a small problem with the pool and the manager took care of it and we were able to use another pool. I can only say that great management. it will always be asked if everything is ok. super well-kept facility we would come back anytime. Thank you for everything

Walk to beach

The place was clean, and the wine and chocolates were lovely. A short walk to the beach and several nice restaurants. The pool was a delight. The beds are comfortable.

Home at the beach

Great stay for our vacation at the Beach. Beach and Publix in walking distance. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella in the condo. We used ist every day. Unit is big and clean. Pool infront of the unit was a huge plus for the kids. Big kitchen with everythink you need. A few restaurants also in walking distance. Would stay there again.

Great listing for those wanting the pool/beach combo

This property is in a prime position for those who enjoy the beach and the pool, as the beach is a relatively easy walk that anybody can make. Being a short 2 minute walk from Publix is also very helpful. The place is very clean and comes with a great selection of beach amenities.
