Waterfront w/ Heated Pool! Managed by BNR Vacation Rentals

This large waterfront home is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood, central to tourist locations and shopping. The home features a private boat dock, a waterfront pool with the option to be heated, an outdoor kitchen, covered outdoor dining, and beautiful views. The home has been professionally decorated by a local designer to give the house a fun vibe while also providing luxurious and comfortable furnishings. We have stocked the home with everything you will need for long-term or short-term stays. Everything is fresh and new!

The upstairs master bedroom has an oversized balcony with outdoor seating for you to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Each bed has super comfortable memory foam mattresses.

Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated. Thank you so much for your understanding!

We have outdoor security cameras and noise detection systems. Please do not cause outside noise disturbances after sundown.

The pool and garden are serviced weekly.
60 feet of private dock space available.

We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, napkins, rolls of paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee.

We had an awesome stay. Communication was great, house was very clean and well stocked. Excellent refrigerator space, and the pool was nice and warm. You cannot beat that view!

Amazing fun stay

Really enjoyed our time at this beautiful water front gem with amazing and calming view. Nice pool and outdoor kitchen. The home is very modern and comfortable. The host is very responsive and helpful. Will be sure to come back next time we are in the area.

Memories to last a lifetime

Took my daughters and a couple friends here for their senior spring break. First words out of their mouths when we walked into the house were “this place is amazing.” Beautiful home, nice pool area, close to beach and downtown. Will definitely be back!

House on water was so enjoyable

We spent almost all our time just by the pool outside and viewing the canal waterway. Fish, paddle boat and just getting some sun. Really cool area - wasn't that familiar with it but glad this is where we stayed because it's peaceful and yet easy drive to lots of fun spots and great restaurants.

The house was absolutely beautiful!! The photo's don't do it justice, it was modern, clean & great interior design with vases, artwork etc. Three en-suite bedrooms was perfect for us.The kitchen had everything you could ever need, with lots of gadgets. Even a cupboard full of herbs, spices, sauces etc. Maybe what others had left behind (as we did), but a really nice touch.The lounge area was really spacious and comfortable.The beds were super comfortable with nice pillows & sheets.The automatic bedroom blinds were nice.The A/C was perfect.All the bathrooms were lovely, especially the huge one upstairs with a bath.Outside area was great with sofas under cover and a table in the sun.The pool was nice and a great view over the canal.The host was super helpful, Nicholette replied straight-away to my emails.We didn't have any issues at all, everything ran smoothly.Cannot praise it enough, would definitely recommend.

That was a vacation

A must return. Exactly what we needed. Relaxed by the water out back. Enjoyed the scenery. We didn’t leave the house as much as I thought we would because we had everything we needed. This house really comes fully equipped. Thank you to the 5 star team who hosted us.

The house was wonderful and as pictured. The bathrooms were well appointed and had the best water pressure in the showers! It is located on a quiet street in Old Pompano right in the middle of Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea Beach; close to shopping, restaurants, beaches. There were plenty of beach chairs to use, plus an umbrella. The communication between the management company was always very timely and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Great location! The closest beaches are Lauderdale By The Sea and Pompano Beach & Pier which has a wonderful new walking strip with restaurants, shopping, play areas, grilling stations, and gorgeous views. The lighthouse is spectacular with great reef snorkeling just off of the beach. We are also close to golf and jet ski/ boat rentals. Some of our favorite restaurants are Oceanic, Cafe Maxx, Sea Watch, Taco Craft, and Houstons. There are so many more!

Garbage cans need to go out for pickup in the morning on designated days.
Thursday trash and recycling - WE HAVE A SERVICE THAT WILL COME BY TAKE THE TRASH AND RECYCLE OUT THE EVENING BEFORE PICK UP.
Monday trash only - We kindly ask that guests take the trash bin out the night before collection and bring it back in after collection.
