Guest Access:
• Some suites do not have a river view. A river view can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
• Resort was built in 1928, completely renovated in 2000
• 1-bedroom plus and 2-bedroom plus suites have stairs to upper floor (no elevator)
• Urban resorts have smaller suites than most rural or tropical properties.
• All suites offer a mini kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, and dual stovetop burners; an oven is not available.
• The parking garage is located one block from the resort for a daily fee of $15 per vehicle.
• Restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance; grocery store: 1-mile walk
• There are no washers and dryers in the suites.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
