The Allenhurst, Beach Apartment #3 - Midsize Studio with Bathroom, Kitchen, & Ex

Centrally located in the heart of historic Ocean Grove, the Allenhurst Aparthotel offers all you could ask for and more from a beach vacation rental. Just 2 blocks from the beach and quaint Main Ave, this ideal location is only a quick 10 min walk from the vibrant Asbury Park boardwalk & footbridge to Cookman Ave. Experience all the area has to offer, or stay in and cook dinner in your kitchen. Either way, you'll leave wanting nothing from the Jersey Shore's premier vacation destination.

The Space:
Mid-sized, 1st floor unit with private exterior entrance, pet-friendly - Full bed, private bathroom with shower, and full eat-in kitchen.

Guest Access:
This is a 1st floor unit that requires 4 stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out.

***Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions***

Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Ocean Grove and just a quick walk to Asbury Park, the Allenhurst is the ideal place to stay. Whether you're looking for a quite dinner on Main Ave. in OG or a vibrant night at the Asbury Boardwalk or down town strip, we've got you covered! Our location offers unparalleled access to everything that makes the Jersey Shore so special AND the ability to access the train to NYC with a 14 minute walk.

Getting Around:
We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away.

We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM

Beach passes can be purchased at a discounted rate using the QR code displayed in the lobby.

We have a strictly enforced "No Unregistered Pets" policy. We allow 1 dog (less than 30LB) per unit for an additional cleaning fee of $100.

Please be advised that interior hallways and exterior porches are monitored by video surveillance and noise monitoring systems.

Interaction with Guests:
Minimal and discretionary. Please be respectful of other guests and the quiet hours of 10PM - 8AM.
