The spacious living room has comfortable furniture, custom built -ins, a baby grand piano to "tickle the ivories" and French doors leading into a bright four season sunroom with ample wicker furniture, a 60” flat screen TV and dining for 8. The sunroom door leads to a deck with additional dining for 3, and with stairs leading down into one of the fenced in yards for your dog. The owner will consider a small (up to 20 lbs.) non-shedding dog with a $150 pet fee.

There is an additional deck off of the kitchen with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee under a pergola that is beautifully embellished with hanging and potted flowering plants.
