Perched perfectly on Weiss Lake, with over 4000 sq ft between the main home and guest home collectively sleeping 26 guests comfortably - both homes are yours during your stay!

The main home of this waterfront property boasts beautiful views & a magnificent master suite and master bath, with three guest rooms - all with their own restroom. While the rustic guest home offers four bedrooms along with two full baths.

The views from every area of the home are spectacular - inside and out.

Private drive in to a quiet and beautiful neighborhood

Parking is ample for cars, trucks and boat trailers.

Please note: The SwimSpa and hot tub located on the property is only available to homeowners.
Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older - and present during the rental period.

Tobacco use outdoors only including e-cigarettes and vapes.

If items are taken from main home to guest home, vice-versa, please return them to the proper home before departing.

No diving in Swim Spa or hot tub.

It was a great place for us, not too crowded and convenient if we needed to run to a store. Several said they enjoyed being here on the lake more than they liked the beach!

Team stay

Had a great stay with 25 women on a team trip. Great communication with owner, quick responses to wifi issues. Place was clean, plenty of bathrooms and great for a lake week.

Great family getaway

We’ve done lake trips for 3 years now and will definitely be back here. With 3 different families - the 2 houses and all activities helped for a variety of ages.

Guys Trip 2025

This property was exactly as advertised spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of 14 guys. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the trip. The fishing was a highlight. The host was very responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions quickly. We had an excellent stay and would absolutely book this place again in the future!

Amazing Getaway

We took a group of leaders from our church. This was the perfect place to escape and disconnect to reconnect! The host was absolutely amazing and the place was impeccable. Will definitely return next year!

What a fabulous property for a big group. The bunk room is good for young people with 11 twin size beds available. 3 additional bedrooms in the main house accommodate 6 couples. (King, king,queen). The 4 bedroom guest house above the garage has two queen bed rooms with Jack & Jill bathrooms to two twin bed rooms. We were able to have our 15 member family reunion in one place and the lake was beautiful. Can’t wait to visit Lake Weiss again.

Sprawling Homes

We did our family Christmas here. There was space for everyone to hang out together and/or have some alone time. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty to do; however, it was a bummer that we couldn't use the hot tub. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Family Vacation

Great property and our hosts were truly amazing! Beautiful lake. We were disappointed about the sudden and unexpected decision by the owners to not allow renters to use the swim spa and hot tub without prior notification. We do hope to return again in the future and would have given a rating of 5 stars had it not been for the issue of the swim spa/hot tub.

Wish we could have stayed 2 weeks!!!

This rental is very well stocked with everything you might need. Our teenagers enjoyed the kayaks. The younger kids loved the slide off the dock. The cooks in the family found everything they wanted in the kitchen. Communication with the host was excellent. Comfortable beds. Can’t wait to come back!

Great house for family get together

Our family has been getting together every other year for a family vacation (typically 18 - 24 people per trip) for the past 14 years. This house ranks in the top 3. We loved the location (such a beautiful and quiet lake), the space of the house and the amenities within the house (it had just about everything you need). Our only suggestions (which are minor) are to have an extra dining table so everyone can eat together (we had seen in the picture that there was only the single table for 10 people so we brought a folding table and made that work) and a few throw blankets for the couches. Highly recommend for any large group.

Great Family Getaway!

Three generations of family in one house for Christmas - a perfect house for this getaway! The location was perfect - amazing lake sunrises and sunsets, and only 15-20 minutes to excellent hikes with waterfalls! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a big Christmas meal. The outdoor space was enjoyed by all. The yard was huge - we played cornhole (provided by the owners) and some crazies in our group even "polar plunged" into the lake! The owners were very responsive to texts and delivered firewood for a very reasonable cost. The swim spa/hot tub was enjoyable - the biggest spa I've seen at a rental! The decor was bright and fun. Lots to like about this rental and everyone had a blast!

Great week at the lake

We had an amazing time at the lake house. Several families met together and we really enjoyed the space and the property. We had plenty of rooms and it was even nice to separate the main house and guest house for those who had kids and those who didn’t to have some separation! We had everything we needed in a well stocked kitchen. The kids enjoyed the games downstairs. It was great to even have some extra towels for the lake. We enjoyed the lake and rented a boat while there. We had great communication with the property managers. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thanks for everything.

Value For Money

"You get what you pay for" in this case is an accurate description. The property suited our needs as a very large group and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property management/owner needs to pay attention to various safety aspects especially condition of diving board, lake slide, deck wooden chair. The property needs a deep clean outside sitting areas and grill was not clean but overlooking that we took care of it ourselves. Tonya was extremely attentive and polite to our requests. You will need to take your own lifejackets for kiddies which is essential. The grounds are beautiful and neighbors were great. We would definitely go back again.

An AMAZING first lake vacay!

Wow…we were speechless when we walked in this gorgeous lake home! It smelled so fresh and was immaculate! It was also VERY spacious! Being right on the lake made it so easy with the kids! We ate lunch almost everyday at the large gazebo on the property! The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Having the guest house was so nice for our older guys! Tonya and Jay were the most gracious hosts! They went above and beyond! They were so prompt in answering our questions and came out several times to attend to our needs-even helping us with a pontoon boat we rented! It was our first time to vacation at the lake and we all agree we want to come back! It’s hard to find a large place for our big family but this house is hands down the best we’ve ever found at the mountains or the beach! Weiss Lake wins! :) Thank you so much for the best week!! The only thing we would change is we wouldn’t have left the slip n slide in the yard overnight…it left an awful brown patch and we are so sorry!! We won’t do that again!!

Birthday surprise for Pop

So much fun. I wanted a place to celebrate my husband’s 66th bd where the kids and grandkids could come too. Plenty of room for us all to spread out and enjoy this beautiful property. From the well equipped kitchen with the fantastic view of the lake, the super comfy beds, and the great playroom/hangout space downstairs, it was perfect. When it was outside time, we had a huge yard to play. Also, had a nice fire pit area to roast marshmallows. Of course, being right on the lake with a private dock was wonderful
