Esta es una increíble casa de dos años frente al lago que tiene capacidad para 40 en camas, sofás-cama y futones. Ideal para vacaciones, reuniones familiares, pesca o retiros. 5000 pies cuadrados, 8 habitaciones (+ loft), 6 baños (dos son de estilo dormitorio), dos cocinas, dos cuartos de lavandería, terraza, ENORME pórtico cubierto, área de parrillas, área de playa, área de playa, área de voleibol y muelle. Tenemos una cancha de baloncesto, juegos infantiles, herraduras, hoyo ga-ga (¡google, DIVERTIDO!), cama elástica, cocina al aire libre y un gran jacuzzi. Kayaks, canoas, sillas de playa en abundancia.

Ubicado en ABC Triangle, cerca de Atlanta, Birmingham y Chattanooga y de las ciudades y estados de los alrededores. Toneladas para hacer en temporada alta e incluso fuera de temporada. Enorme lago de pesca, cerca de cañones y senderos. En temporada, disfrutar de actividades en el lago como la natación, kayaks, piragüismo. Juegue en balsas y tubos o simplemente salpique alrededor. Facility was clean, rooms were well situated and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful time and used the fire ring Saturday night as we sang our devotional. Beautiful house! So much there to make everyone comfortable as well as entertained.

One of a kind property that exceeded expectations. This is the second time I have reserved this house for groups of 20 and it was again a fantastic trip. The house itself is more than accommodating, the hosts have a team that is very accessible, and there is never a shortage of activities. Would definitely reserve a 3rd time!

I have stayed in many vacation homes, and I must by far "THIS IS THE BEST VACATION HOME" I have ever stayed at. You will "want" for nothing. They have thought of EVERYTHING. All you have to bring with you is your "clothes". They also give you information regarding near by grocery stores, restaurants, and caterers. They are so easy to work with, and checked on you to see if anything was needed. I definately plan on scheduling our work retreat there next year. No where else compares to this place......

This was a wonderful place to have a family reunion. This is our second trip to this home. They take care of all of the small details including a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beds and bunks for all the kids, an ice machine, a pool with a sun cover, Great outdoor spaces. The host was very responsive. We had an issue with the air conditioning and they had a repairman on site within 2 hours. We had chef Brad from local restaurant, pops smorgasbord, cater our meals and he was the highlight of the trip. He was very comfortable working in the large kitchen. We will definitely come back again!

BEST WEEK EVER!!

We had an amazing week at "Your Big Lake House" so much space, an amazing pool with shade, lots of things to keep the littles occupied. This house was fully stocked with towels and blankets. The kitchens were fully stocked as well,it was great to have 2 dishwashers. The kids loved the upstairs bunk room and loft! The canoe and kayaks were also great! We used the fire pit for s'mores night and the dock space was so nice too. Friendly communication and check in's from the management. Many of the moms commented on how relaxing it was. Planning a trip back with our extended family!!

Perfect get away that we never wanted to end!

We had 5 families stay here for a reunion (18 people, 8 kids age 10 yrs and younger). The hosts were super professional, friendly and responsive. The people in town were amazingly friendly as well! The kids were in the pool, on the playground, in kayaks or canoes or playing in the rec spaces inside. The kitchen and dining area was large enough to accommodate us all so we could be together for meals.Many vacations you are happy to be there, and ready to go home. Our kids begged us to stay longer and all of us adults would have easily agreed.

Simply the Best

From the moment we arrived everyone knew that this place was special. Beautiful home, fully equipped, and they thought of every possible amenity to make our trip a true vacation. All the kids had a great time, I never heard the words I’m bored! They had games and movies and pool and ping pong. PAC Man was a big hit. On our trip a huge storm blew in and caused some damage outside, the host had it repaired within a day, always checking with us to keep our needs first and foremost. The pool was awesome, fishing, kayaking, and making s’more at a bon fire are going to be special memories for us for years to come. I’m sure we will return to The Big Lake House!

Wonderful accommodation for my large family's vacation

It is difficult to find a place with room enough for our large family to vacation together - Grandma and Grandpa, seven adult children, spouses, and grands - but the Big Lake House was absolutely perfect. Couples had their own bedrooms, cousins LOVED the large bunk room and loft, and we all appreciated the ample gathering spaces (kitchen, living room, upstairs den, outdoor living areas). We had several days of rain during our recent stay - no problem, as the house comes with plenty of games and "porch" activities to entertain and occupy the littles while the grown-ups supervised and visited. At the beachfront access, the cove is fairly shallow - perfect for children - and we made extensive use of the kayaks, paddles, and life vests provided. The pool, ping pong table, and fooseball were also big hits with the family, and nearby hiking trails provided challenging adventures for both the littles and the more athletic folks in our group. Our family are cooks - we prepared and ate all our meals at the house - so the large refrigerator, well-stocked dish cupboards, and institutional size pots and pans were put to good use over the week. Check in and check out were a breeze, and our hosts were in contact throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay special and enjoyable. Really can't say enough good about our stay at the Big Lake House - our time together there was such a blessing. Thank you for making this house available!

We absolutely loved the house, property and service. The house is fully stocked and has so many activities. The views are spectacular and the home is spacious and clean. We had 32 women and had plenty of space. The property manager was outstanding and very responsive. We'd book this home again!

Absolutely everything about this property was excellent. After booking, we were sent any information that you would need at all about the property and the surroundings. The cleanliness was impeccable. The beds were extra comfy. Everything was very unique. The kitchen absolutely blew everyone in our party away. The communication with the owners was outstanding. If I could give this property more than five stars I would but it earns every five star I’m giving it! We will definitely be back..

Women’s retreat

This has everything that you could possibly want or need. It is equipped with things that you don't even think about. There is plenty of room so that your not on top of each other. And the host has been very informative and communicative throughout whole experience. Can not wait to rent it again.

Girls Retreat

Our youth ministry's girls come up to this cabin every year for an annual Spring Retreat, and it fits us perfectly! It's spacious and clean, full of amenities and fun things for the students and adults to entertain themselves with, and is the perfect getaway from life for a weekend. Destinie and Dave are fantastic hosts, daily texting to make sure that we have everything we need. They have always been accommodating to our group and have even suggested ways to make our trip easier! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Every detail is covered

Dave and Ann have thought of every detail and provided so many extras for their guests. This house is performing a large group of all ages. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware for large groups. We really appreciated the coffee bar area which was located out of the glow of traffic through the kitchen. We sat around the smokeless fire pit on the deck and enjoyed a comfortable evening. My group had all glowing comments about the Big Lske House!

Incredible House!

We took our church high school youth here, and we had an incredible retreat! There was so much to do, and the accommodations were first rate! It was too cold to take advantage of the outside amenities but our youth want to come back when we can! Because they looked like a lot of fun, too!

Great Space For Large Groups

We had a great experience at Dave and Ann’s place. It had everything we needed and plenty of space that even though we had a large group it didn’t feel crammed. Lots of outdoor activities and loved the large kitchen living room space upstairs and downstairs. We had a group of women age ranges from 20s-60s and everyone loved it!

Fabulous amenities

This was a great house. The hosts, Bill and Ann, were fabulous. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived. They provided all paper products, toiletries in the bathrooms, plenty of games and puzzles, and many DVDs. The children enjoyed the toys, trampoline, playground, and basketball goal. In spite of the rain during our stay, there was plenty to do.

Fantastic Rental

This is our 2nd time renting this house for our family get together. This is set up very well for large families and groups. The dorm style bathrooms are genius!! Highly recommend.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property sits on 2.5 acres of gorgeous wooded, deer-filled, shoreline. It is so peaceful here and the home we built for you accommodates a few or many. It is so versatile and can feel like a little B&B or it can handle a very large crowd. We bought the property because it is so close to Atlanta, Birmingham and Chattanooga. For us Atlantans, lakes are usually at least two hours away; we discovered this little secret. It seems like we are WAY out there but we are 10 minutes from a grocery store and Mexican restaurant, 20 minutes from more restaurants and a Walmart and 30 minutes from EVERYTHING you need, whether you go to Ft. Payne or Rome, GA. I think our favorite place is to watch the sun set from the dock with a cold drink.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Large enough to hold everyone collectively and plenty of room to "get away". Even the giant lakeside porch has separate conversation areas. Upper sun deck, front rocking chair front porch, two separate living rooms, a loft, the dock, picnic area or the beach. The kitchen and living areas are not your typical house that sleeps many. 1 full size sofa, ottomans and stone hearth accommodate most groups then of course adjacent is dining chairs and bar stools etc that can be brought over to living area. The entire living/dining is 40 x 23 so it is nice an open for all to gather. Outside, the 80 x 24 porch can accommodate everyone in the same manner. Kids LOVE this place with the bunk room, pool table, ping pong, and outdoor activities. Basketball, horseshoes, trampoline and swingset as well as all of the canoes and kayaks etc.
