The hosts were very responsive leading up to and throughout our trip over Christmas. They accommodated an early check in so we could go to a Cardinals afternoon game upon arrival and had the place decorated for Christmas. There were minor things that came up such as wifi needing a reset and we were answered very quickly and with detailed instructions. They even were willing to help set us up with an extra night stay at the original place or another closer to the airport when we were told we didn’t have a seat on the plane home due to having to downsize the plane. We felt very taken care of. The place was what we required giving our 3 kids their own space (bedrooms) when needed and everyone had good sleeps throughout the trip. Location was fantastic being 10 minute walk to the stadium (cutting through the park) as well as 15-20 minutes to the sports district and outlet malls with lots of fun things to do and many options for restaurants. A Walmart supercenter was around a 10 minute drive to get what was needed. I recommend bringing indoor games/cards, and depending on needs, for outdoor activities a small floaty, various water wings, pool noodles, and some balls were provided. No non-pool games for outdoors. I also recommend bringing small containers of basic essentials for cooking (such as spices/condiments) if doing a shorter trip so you don’t need to purchase. There was salt and pepper provided. We asked prior to so we were prepared.
