5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home with master room located downstairs. Very close location to west gate, casino, mall and many more attractions!! This home has all furniture new! Has a nice size yard for kids to play.

**Pool heating is $120per night. Must request 72 hours prior of arrival for pool to reach temp.**

**Please do not touch Pool equipment any damage done will result in fees $100-$2000.*

*Check in is any time after 4pm and check out is at 10am. We do offer an option to check out/in for additional fee of $30 per hour (IF ITS AVAILABLE).

Excellent golf/ spring training trip stay

Group of 5 stayed at the home to get in some golf and spring training games in the area. Great central location to access all the area has to offer. Home was in great condition and was easily one of my top VRBO stays. Host is very communicative and helpful. All amenities in good condition. Had a great evening barbecuing on the grill with friends one night, and even went in the pool for a bit on a hotter March day (85F). Would recommend.

Graduation concert trip

This property was perfect for our stay! We came up to Phoenix from Tucson to take our 18 yo niece and her best friend to a concert at State Farm arena. We knew it would be a long day if we tried to drive up and back so we decided to stay the night before and night of the concert. The house had a great pool in the back that we were able to lounge around before the concert. The house itself was beautiful and very spacious! We had 6 adults stay and had plenty of room. The location was perfect too! We ubered to the stadium because it was very hot in the afternoon but after the concert it was an easy short walk home. Very safe and quiet neighborhood, will definitely look into this property again for any future concerts or sporting events. Owner was very prompt whenever we had any questions about the property too

It had everything we needed and for the amount of family members we had to stay comfortable. Erica was the best could not ask for a better host, so easy to talk with and very accommodating, nothing to complain about at all.

Beautiful home

Erica was the bombardier of a host, she was quick with her responses and accurate with directions to local establishments. The home was much nicer than the description or pictures implied. We will definitely come back here again next time!

Would move-in if I could

Erica could not have been nicer, more accommodating, or responsive. She allowed us to check-in early without additional charge to avoid traffic for the Taylor Swift concert, which was worth its weight in gold. The house itself was a perfect space—great outdoor area for entertaining, comfortable beds, two massive TVs for March Madness, you name it Erica thought of everything. My highest recommendation to Erica & this beautiful property. Book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Large home, with big TVs, couches, a pool, and BBQ

I have a group of 8 that travels to Phoenix every March for Spring Training We have traditionally stayed in multiple Hotel rooms. This was our first trip where we went and stayed in a short term rental. Being in one place, made the trip better in my opinion. Erica, the host and property owner was great, answered our questions, very promptly. We will definitely consider her properties in the future.

Perfect House for a Family getaway

We love to come to Arizona every year to watch the Spring Training games and wanted a house that was relatively close to the stadium. This house was amazing! It had a well stocked kitchen with everything you need for your cooking needs, including all the tools needed for the BBQ outside. The furniture is new and comfortable and the bedrooms had very comfortable and clean bedding. There were plenty of towels, both for pool use and bathroom use. The pool was perfect and included plenty of patio furniture and pool toys for the kids. Erica was always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The house itself is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood but is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, stadiums, etc. I highly recommend this house and will be staying here again. It was so nice to stay in a very clean, well stocked, and comfortable home. Thanks again Erica, looking forward to staying at one of your homes again.

Great Property For Large Families

Huge, well stocked home that was perfect for our large family trip. Erica was extremely accommodating. The house was clean and the check in, check out process was extremely smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

Every Detail Thought Of

I brought a group of 14 to the Greater Glendale/Buckeye area for dove hunt opener. We have stayed in hotels in the past and decided to try something different this year. I am so glad we did and I am so glad we decided on this property. Early and prompt communication with Erica was easy and helpful. So if the things about we enjoyed was: Plenty of towels for both pool and shower Two large family rooms with comfy recliner couches and bean bag chairs. Pool was sufficiently sized and clean Rooms were furnished with nice linens and comfortable mattresses 3/4 sized pool table Clean Conveniently located to shopping I’m sure there are other things I’m forgetting but I would highly recommend this property.

Highly recommended

Very beautiful home and the owner was super accommodating. Our party was planning to grill for dinner but there was no grill so the owner went out and bought a brand new one! The house was clean and everything was in good working condition and the neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend this rental especially the location being close to the State Farm stadium and other fun places. Thanks Erica for being an awesome host!
