Downtown Oasis Home w Private Backyard & Hot Tub

Welcome to our Downtown Oasis! This fully equipped 3 bedroom home is perfect for your next trip to Houston.

We invite you to enjoy our secluded backyard oasis! Our pool can be used to take a cool refreshing dip or a toasty spa-like soak. On cool nights, sit around a fire or cozy up with a glass of wine from the wine cooler and watch a movie on our projector screen.

We're close enough to the city for business or pleasure but just far enough away to be out of hustle and bustle.

The home has three bedrooms – one bedroom with a king bed (sleeps 2), one bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2), and one bedroom with a full bed and two small double beds (sleeps 4 in total). The home can sleep eight guests in beds, and there is an air mattress that can accommodate an additional two guests.

The entire space is yours for the duration of your reservation. Our fully-stocked kitchen is equipped for basic cooking and baking. There is high-speed WIFI for any and all remote work needs. The 3rd bedroom can also be used as an office space complete with an office chair and a convertible office desk/shelf in the closet.

The backyard is fully fenced in with an 8-foot privacy fence. Please enjoy our outdoor space, but be careful with the grill, fire pit, and pool and use them at your own risk. Our small, jacuzzi sized, pool can be heated and features a waterfall and jets so it may be used as a hot tub.

We have a security camera that is connected to the privacy fence facing the driveway.

Our location is about a 7-minute drive into downtown.
Just down the street, you will also find a rail stop for the train that takes you downtown.
We're even close enough that you could take a quick bike ride downtown if you wish.

- Please be mindful of noise and respectful to our neighbors. There is a 10 pm noise curfew in the neighborhood. Neighbors may call local law enforcement if noise levels are excessive after hours.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside of the home. Smoking will result in a $500 fee.
- Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet.
- Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fee per guest per night.
- We do not permit parties or gatherings at the home. Parties and gatherings will result in a $2,000 fee in addition to the unauthorized guest fees and immediate cancellation of your reservation with an escort off of the property by law enforcement.
- There is no street parking at the house. You will need to park in the driveway.
- If you would like to use the firepit you need to provide your burning wood and supplies.
