In March 2025, the accommodation was awarded a 3-star Meublé de Tourisme classification by the Nièvre Tourist Attractiveness and Development Agency.

Le Moulin de Crottefou is a Christian property intended for rejuvenation in nature. It is located on a 6ha plot of land, on the edge of a huge forest. The Mill accommodates 15 people.

In the Morvan, 2h30 from Paris and Lyon, ideal for group or family holidays. Le Moulin is halfway between Vézelay, Avallon and the large and beautiful lakes of the Morvan. It is located on the river "La Cure" which descends from the upper Morvan (Le Lac des Settons) to the open Morvan. Kayaks can be rented at the foot of the Vézelay hill, and hiking, cycling or mountain biking can be organised (not provided).
New in 2024: two shower rooms with sink, New for summer 2025: a summer pergola on the terrace with outdoor lighting, a petanque and Mölki court, a large games room in the barn with table football and Ping-Pong table...

The mill is located along the Cure (river) and the mill wheel turns and produces electricity.

The hamlet is very quiet, the mill is located at the end of the road and you can only hear the sound of the river and the toue turning. A huge forest begins behind the Mill.

- Bedroom 1 (2 people max): 1 new double bed (not double) + a shower room: bath + 2 sinks
- Bedroom 2 (3 people max): 1 new double bed (not double) + 1 single bed (1 double duvet + 1 single duvet) + 1 washbasin
- Bedroom 3 (3 people max): 1 new double bed (not double) + 1 single bed (1 double duvet + 1 duvet singles) + 1 washbasin
- Bedroom 4 (5 people max): 2 bunk beds + 1 single bed (5 single duvets)
- Two bathrooms each with 1 shower + washbasin (2 showers and 2 washbasins)
2ND FLOOR
- Bedroom 5 (2 people max): 1 new double bed (not double-foldable) (2 double duvets + 1 single duvet) with a shower room: shower + 1 washbasin

Outdoor equipment: barbecue, garden table.
Outdoor equipment: 3 baby chairs. 1 baby cot. A well-equipped kitchen and reputed to be complete.

Evenings (drunk or other that damage the place) are prohibited.

For weekday rental, arrival on Saturday 16 and departure on Saturday 11 am. For weekends, arrival on Friday at 4pm and departure on Sunday at 4pm (negotiable)

ADDITIONAL COSTS:

CLEANING AND HEATING are included in the price.

SHEETS AND TOWELS: All beds are 80 cm wide (160cm for doubles). Since September 2024, beds are made when you arrive. Sheets and towels cost 12€ per person per stay. This price includes one fitted sheet and one duvet sheet per bed as well as a pillowcase and a large bath towel per person.
(The laundry room for sheets and towels is entrusted to the ESAT de l'avallonais to help people with disabilities: the sheets are washed, dried and ironed.)
Linen is also provided: you will find napkins and dish towels.

The tourist tax is calculated according to the number of adults and minors. (Approx. €3 per adult, free for minors).
