Gorgeous condo in exclusive Nima Bay Marina Vallarta

2 bed 2 bath luxurious condo in the Nima Bay. Upscale property with lavish amenities and direct access to the Nima Bay shops in the Marina. Located on the 8th floor with amazing views and a spacious and generous main room. The living room opens onto a large terrace with breath taking views of the marina and mountains. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom with a balcony facing the Marina Vallarta Golf Club. The second room has a king bed and a bathroom with a patio overlooking the golf course. The main room, Master and Guest rooms all have brand new Sony Bravia TVs running Android OS to allow for all popular streaming services. The main room also has built in ceiling speakers accessible via bluetooth.

Private entrance to the Nima Bay shops which include several upscale and casual dining options, dessert, bars and shops including: Sonora Prime Steakhouse, Almacen Cocktail, La Condesa, Benitos Paninis, D'Santini Pizza, Mr Cream Pankakes and Waffles and many more ice cream shops, restaurants, bars and shops all with walking distance. There is an evening farmers market on Thursdays from November to May with many live music, art and food vendors.

The amenities include a lap pool, a wading pool, 3 jacuzzis, bar, pool table room in lounge with private kitchen, full service gym and private massage rooms. It is across the street from the Marina Vallarta Golf club. At Nima Bay, you will be living inside one of the most beautiful complexes of Puerto Vallarta, and you’ll also be just 5 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes away from downtown. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk and you can purchase day passes to access the hotel beach clubs. The building is extremely secure with card access required for all areas as well as 24/7 security on duty. There is also an underground parking spot available for guests to use. COVID testing is easily accessible in the Marina. There is also a hospital just a few minutes away from the Marina.

Condo will be cleaned before and after stay. Any additional cleanings are available for $25. Airport pickup/drop off can be arranged at an additional fee. Also grocery drop off can be available for a fee.

We were greeted when we got there by the very friendly Laura. She walked us through the beautiful condo and showed us how to work everything. Everything was clean and in good repair. Lots of glasses and dishes as well as towels and linens. The view from our condo was a mix of the marina and the mountains in the background. Coffee on the deck every morning was relaxing and entertaining with people watching. We will definitely go back again.

We had such a wonderful week staying at this property. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The property manager, Laura, was so helpful and accommodating, and the condo itself was comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed using the on site amenities and spending the afternoons swimming in the pools. The views from the 8th floor were stunning and we really enjoyed dining at many of the restaurants in the Marina. The area is so walkable. We hope to return very soon and would love to stay there again. Many thanks!!

Excellent location & amenities

The property location is perfect and within walking distance of anything you need. Close enough to walk to the golf course too. The amenities at this facility are really nice, 2 pools, a bar, spa and gym. We had a view of the Marina on one side and a view of the golf course on the other. Really enjoyed having coffee on the deck each morning. The kitchen was well equipped except it could use a bigger coffee pot. It was pretty small for 4 people & had to clean it first. The beds were very comfy as were the rest of the furnishings in the property. Can't say enough about the Property Manager Laura. She went above & beyond. She was very responsive, helpful and friendly. While most of the reviews said the property was very clean, we felt it was only surface clean and could use a thorough deep clean. Not sure when the white bath mats in the bathrooms were last washed. Having said that, this did not deter from our enjoyment of the property and would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular views and everything you need to enjoy your stay

This property is perfectly located near all restaurants and shops in the marina. The condo is on an upper floor with spectacular views from the front and back. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay - all the cookware, utensils, etc. and of course TVs. And of course excellent hosts. We would gladly stay again.

Great location and fantastic facility. The condo itself was stylish, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views from the balcony are exceptional. Manuel was responsive and easy to deal with.

Great holiday in Marina Vallarta

We are regular Puerto Vallarta travelers and normally have a favorite luxury spot, but they were fully booked. We found this condo in the marina and it exceeded expectations! The condo was very clean, spacious, and well appointed with all the amenities both inside the unit and the property in general. The unit also had a large balcony with a spectacular view of the marina, cruise ships and the mountains. It was a favorite spot to both start the day with coffee and end the day with a cocktail. The morning sunrise was spectacular! The location also provides all services, restaurants and bars you could want, with easy access to downtown! Last but not least, the owner was great to work with. Very communicative and accessible, with a local property manager as well that helped us with a few additional requests along the way! If you’re looking for a luxury place to stay that’s comfortable and accessible, this is it. We only left a few days ago and have already discussed returning to this unit again soon! Don’t miss out!
