Alquile The Main House solo o Home & Cottage para un grupo más grande. La cocina gourmet con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la casa principal y una segunda cocina completa en The Cottage lo hacen ideal para algunas parejas que desean su privacidad o la familia extendida de vacaciones juntas. 2nd time renting this property

We love this place. This is our 2nd time at this property. It fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of room for our party of 6 and our dog. It's close to downtown but quiet and peaceful with beautiful river view. Hope to stay here again next year.

Perfect Location and Pretty Views

A very unique property. Lots of room. Very clean. The landlords were quick to responds the couple of times I needed help with something. The cute downtown of New Port Richey is a hidden gem and about a 10-15 walk to town.

Beautiful riverfront property

Jennifer was very helpful with any questions that we had! The home was beautiful and in excellent condition. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything imaginable that you might need. The outdoor area was great! Would definitely recommend this to anyone

Exactly what we were looking for

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We had 8 adults and a small dog. The house had plenty of room and was cozy with a great patio and river view. We attended an all day music festival in downtown New port Richey and the house was walkable to downtown and a quiet getaway for the weekend. We will definitely try to book this place again next year.

Relaxing time on the river.

High end kitchen appliances and new leather couches were great! Huge dining table for puzzles and games. Nice deck to enjoy the sun and view. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfy king bed. Caught fish from the dock. We enjoyed our time there and the area.

Owners was very informative. She was very quick to respond to my many messages. House stocked with some of the essentials you don't think to bring with you. We hated for our stay to come to an end and plan on booking again if we return to Florida.

Nice get away

Jennifer was maxing to communicate with the entire time. I read the reviews after I booked tho because I personally like to have my own opinion on the properties I stay with. So for starters I was a tad disappointed that the cottage wasn’t included in price when it makes it seem online that it is . I was traveling with a 14&17 year old which they bicker a lot and having their own space was very appealing. Jennifer did offer to open the cottage for an additional $500 but it was not in the budget. The house itself is very spacious. I loved going on the deck and floating dock when it was not raining or too warm (traveled during hurricane season). The master bed is a king size bed and was decently comfortable. The downstairs shower is unique and nice but due to the window right there I’m assuming little ants decided they wanted to shower too- I sprayed after the first day and didn’t see another one after that . This home is in a wooded area so bugs and ants are expected. I loved having a full kitchen and utilized it as much as possible. The dishes have alot of cracks /broken . Things happen and I understand but I’d be careful when using them. There were plenty of pots and pans and dishes tho for everyone. I’ve read reviews on the furniture and decor. I do believe things could be replaced but I’m not sure how often this property is rented out to make such investments. There are tons and tons of stores close by. Jennifer left a binder with ideas and brochures which were helpful and she also answered all texts I had. Oh huge plus- washer and dryer in the breezeway. It’s older makes some nose so do while your not home but it gets the job done. I love that there were cleaning supplies and brooms ect. I did dust and clean here and there just because I feel like we should all help out regardless if it’s a rental. Not everyone had the time to do so and when we had rainy days it gave me something to do. This was a last min booking change as my frost one refused to allow my service dog to travel with me with is against the law but I’m really glad I found Jennifer’s home over all on a scale 1-10 I’d give a 7. It has cosmetic things that should be addressed but the home is lovely and so reasonably priced

The guess house was not real cool and the water pressure was low. Bathroom doors need locks. Still would love to stay there again.

This house was great! It was nice and spacious. Loved that it was right on the river. My children loved fishing off the dock. I would definitely stay here again!

Oh boy...

As we first arrived at the house we were blown away by the stone fireplace, wall of windows, big deck, river view, nice floors and kitchen countertops. It was spacious and seemed really nice.... But as the week went on- things went down hill. The first full day here we stumbled across cracks from past water damage on the walls and ceilings. (Which the owner stated she has been aware of for quite some time.) The ceiling in the the guest cottage looked as though it would crumble right over the bed. There were multiple spots that were peeling or cracked throughout all of the house. There were also multiple notes left by the owner on things that were broken- fireplace, upstairs sofa bed, sliding patio door. Pieces of the exterior siding were also rotten. All the beds were uncomfortable with some being broken down and very stained mattresses. But it got worse... roaches. We found 4 throughout the house during our stay. As for New Port Richey- it was a decent area with not a lot of Hussle and Bussle!

Family Vacation

The property was in an amazing location. Minutes from town, beaches and restaurants. Also the dock on the river was extremely nice to fish from and watch the wildlife. We saw around 30 manatees come through one afternoon which was really cool. All in all this place was great to stay at and perfect for our family vacation. Can’t wait to come back again.

Owner needs to start making improvements on the property for as much as they charge Description was incorrect as well as very unprofessional realtor she has no respect of text. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! YOUR BACK AND ALLERGIES WILL THANK YOU . WORT VAY KAY EVER

A true A Frame Home

Nestled back in tropical bliss sits a true A frame home right on the river! We saw large birds, kayakers, and pontoons enjoying the day. Pet friendly and easy access to all amenities! Loved it!

Great get away

The house was clean . Very accommodating. We had a great weekend Lots of shopping near by. Our boat trailer had a flat and we were able to fix it easily, Thanks again for a great house for us to celebrate in.

Very nice property, relaxing and secluded

We stayed at this property for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was really great! We enjoyed a lot the house, the cabin-like style, the space inside and outside. Having the guest-cottage included was very convenient for our group. The plus of the canal in the back with the deck that we used for kayaking (with the kayak we took with us). In general, this is a great option to spend some good time.

Family Fathers Day Weekend

Renting property was easy.. was very well kept and enough room for all my guests. Only issues we had was when we used bathroom in bunk room ceiling leaked in foyer. Looked like it’s an existing issue. Also bedroom in guest cottage ceiling has huge crack in ceiling. Back porch also didn’t have ample lighting and guest cottage was extremely hot even though we didn’t use it the first night and left air on to cool it for second night... these issues were minor and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had the most wonderful time , the location is relaxing and beautiful, convenient for day tripping

We rented the cottage for a month Feb2020 , the weather couldn’t have been better , the house was charming roomy and comfortable , Dean and Jennifer were friendly and helpful. New Port Richey is conveniently located , and is undergoing an exciting transition , what a neat little town. Coming back next year. Our favourite things were kayaking the river with dolphins and tripping to Weeki Watchee, and Clearwater .

Great getaway house

We rented this property for a few months while we had a job in town. It was great for what we needed. It has a small apartment for us while we allowed our employees to stay in the main house. Love living on the water. All the amenities of home.

The location is great too, the river in your backyard with a floating dock to relax and enjoy or get out on to fish, boat, canoe, the opportunities are endless.

We Love The Pithalatchcottee ' Cottee' River, you will too. Take a boat ride out to the Gulf of Mexico to some of the barrier Islands like the Sandbar or Anclotte Key or go up river less than a mile to old style Florida without a home in sight. Fantastic fishing and great waterfront resteraunts on the river too.
