Travis and his home were amazing. Check in and out was seamless. View was beautiful, definitely suggest waking up for the sunrise. Dock was great as we brought our boat. Travis was extremely helpful with recommendations and making sure my family and I were comfortable during our stay. Cannot recommend this house enough. We will definitely return.

This place was absolutely amazing. This was a family trip and it accommodated all of us. Travis was awesome getting back to us and made sure everything was perfect for us. I can't even say how wonderful this house was and made many memories in this house that he was gracious enough to share his home with us. We had so much fun there we barely left this house.

Very nice…

We rented this property to celebrate our grandson’s high school graduation. The property was perfect for swimming, fishing, boating and having indoor fun too. The house was very clean and offered so many amenities.

This property is amazing and the owner is as well. We arrived but hurricane Helene was coming through so we left early. The place was amazing. Very roomy and extremely clean.

Great stay at a great place!

The house was awesome, great place to stay with a group of people. The pool was a great feature over looking the water. Host was very easy to communicate with and offered many suggestions for restaurants and activities. Would absolutely return!

Follow the tide

We had a wonderful family vacation,kids loved the bunk house,great kitchen and gazebo, because we had a boat we had to be careful not to come in too late secondary to the tides on our particular stay.Shelling was wonderful and scalloping was amazing! Could have used one more bathroom for the kids,other wise it was great

It doesn't get better than this!

I can't say enough about how nice this stay/place was! It was our first time to the Port Richey area - and I'm sure we'll be back. The views are exactly as seen in the listing - and the patio/deck/gazebo are where we spent most of our time. Nothing beats lounging in the pool on a hot day with a view of the water.

Great Experience for the family!

Exactly as described. In a great little neighborhood and was perfect for our family getaway. Lots to do in area. Home was a fantastic home base. Home was spacious, and backyard was our favorite place. Bunkhouse would have easily accommodated more than our family of five. Great finishes, great rental.

We stayed with a larger group of family and friends. This house was the perfect place for our days of boating and evenings in the pool! Very clean, comfortable home - located near food and shopping.

Doesn't get any better!!!

I will start off by saying the location of the home is absolutely perfect. The home is well decorated and was very clean. There was my wife and I, and my best friend came with his wife to visit from out of state to celebrate their one year wedding anniversary. We couldn't have picked a better place, great views, & great restaurants very close by. I know we will definitely be staying again and I suggest you do as well. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful, cozy home with terrific amenities

The listing and photos are perfectly accurate. Staying here was a breeze and we would recommend booking! You’ll see dolphins swimming, fish jumping, and lots of birds from the backyard gazebo!

Perfect Guy's Trip!!

This property was everything that we needed and wanted for our guy's trip! Everything was pretty accurate from the posting and there was plenty of space for everyone! The host was readily available to answer any questions that we had. We even got to chat with the cool neighbor next door who promised to take us out on his boat when we come back because all the guys agreed that we would love to come back one day lol

Hidden Gem

This place is beautiful. The home is carefully decorated and updated. The outdoor views and amenities makes you not want to leave. The view is absolutely breathtaking and relaxing. The host was attentive all the way up to our actual visit. He responds immediately and you can tell he wants you to enjoy your stay. Lots of love put into this place.

Spring Break Getaway

We absolutely loved this beautiful house, and the location was perfect for our group of 11. There is plenty of outdoor space to relax, read, sunbathe, and watch for dolphins. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock everyday and had a blast. Our son-in-law brought his boat for 3 days and we made several trips going into the Gulf fishing and we were able to have a meal off one of those trips. Truly one of our best vacations. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can. And Travis was probably the best host we have ever dealt with. Thank you, Travis!

Family Vacation

Booked this house for a family vacation to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday and it was incredible! Our family loves to sit and look at the water for fish and we saw plenty of fish as well as a dolphin! The weather wasn’t the warmest but there was plenty to do in the surrounding area to pass the time while it rained. We also were traveling with an 8 month old and took a day trip to the tarpon springs aquarium which was only about a 25min drive. Lots of great restaurants close to the house and on the water (our favorite was catches!). During our stay we had a few questions for the property manager and he was quick to respond every time which was very much appreciated! Would definitely bring the whole family back again.

This is my wife and I's first rental home. We live in Iowa and fell in love with the Port Richey area about 2 years ago and bought this house in the Fall of 2021. The newly renovated home was amazing, but when we saw the view off the patio we knew this was a home was right for us. Coffee or a cocktail on the gazebo fireside watching the sunrise or the dolphins play in the bay is hard to beat. We've done a complete renovation of the house after the hurricanes of 2024 and have made some very significant upgrades.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

If your looking for a place with tons of stuff to do that isn't commercialized and touristy this is the place. The bars/restaurants don't gouge you on prices and you don't have the whoop it up weekend crowd every weekend. (Though things definitely light up on the weekends) Bands/live music and lots of fun events going on from Johnny Cash events to on the water events. Too many to list. But I'd highly encourage you look up New Port Richey and Port Richey events before coming.

Relaxing getaway without the touristy feel. Enjoy a long weekend or an extended stay in what we believe to be one of the most peaceful and yet eventful places we've ever visited.
