Enjoy the stunning kitchen with all amenities you might need, overlooking the amazing open-concept room, vaulted ceilings, and outstanding views of Catskills mountains from your living room.

Due to covid, we have taken extra steps to make sure our guests are safe. We keep the house completely disinfected and empty for at least 24hrs prior to all arrivals.

What to expect at arrival:

Memory foam mattresses
Hotel quality bed linens
Fluffy towels
Fireplace, with wood and starters provided
High-end toiletries, such as:
Soap, lotion, conditioner, shampoo
For kids: Baby gate, high chair, playpen

But don't forget to have a go-to playing the piano, guitar, and board games you will find at the house.

There is a big flat-screen TV in the living room equipped with Google Chrome (no cable).
The washer and drier are located in the basement and there is a dishwasher in the Kitchen.

Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire property—make yourself completely at home. A car is required for access, and in winter, we strongly recommend a 4×4 or all‑wheel‑drive vehicle to navigate the steep driveway with ease.

Kind reminder: This is a private home, not a hotel—please enjoy it with the care you would your own. If any issue arises, we’ll respond swiftly, though no staff reside on‑site 24/7. For insurance purposes, all guests must sign our rental agreement before arrival; a sample appears under “Additional Rules".
