If you feel like fishing, just head over to the private dock and enjoy the water up close. Inside, you'll be able to relax easily thanks to central air conditioning. Views of the water can be had inside too! The furnished sun porch is perfect for long conversations with some sun tea. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty meals, plus luxurious extras like a farm sink, French door refrigerator, glass cabinets, and a breakfast bar with room for up to three guests to enjoy a meal. You'll love the laid-back waterfront vibes of this home - just kick back and enjoy the view.

Dock details: The boat lift is not for guest use. Guest can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Guests can tie up a 25ft boat to the dock. However, Vacasa is not responsible for any issues with the docking of any water crafts.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
