This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath home is in a quiet clean neighborhood and offers brand new furniture and bedroom sets. Very comfortable open concept from living room to kitchen and then out to your very own backyard oasis with outdoor swimming pool, and covered back patio for some chillin and grillin. Property is located approx 35 minutes from the Phoenix Skyway Intl airport. Grocery, shopping, lots of great restaurants, and The Duke at Rancho El Dorado Golf course (championship 18-hole golf facility) just 3 minutes away. AK Chin Harrahs Casino, also AK Chin Circle entertainment center with bowling alley, large arcade with ticket store to redeem great prizes (toys, candy etc), movie theatre, and restaurant all in one huge Bldg, Perfect for kids and family fun, approx10 minutes away.

Rodney is a tremendous host. Very friendly. We actually got to meet him as he was just leaving as we arrived. It was nice to be able to talk and ask questions in person. The house is very clean and well stocked. The beds were also very comfortable. I will be contacting Rodney again if we need place to stay when in town.

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed here for 4 months with our 2 year old son and small dog. It was such a nice stay and Rodney was great with communication. The house was perfect for us.

Wonderful home

Great property! Exceptionally clean, comfy beds, nice pool, kitchen had necessary items to make good meals, property manager was friendly and very easy to communicate with when needed. Highly recommended!

Good stay!

Rodney is a great host and had great communication throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we happened to be there the week issues with the pool heater happened, but Rodney was always on top of working to get it fixed and good for us! Our family loved the stay and appreciate Rodney’s hospitality.

Perfect house equipped with everything

This VRBO was perfect. Nice neighborhood, great, responsive host, comfortable beds. But for me coming from Alaska---the March sun was amazing. The backyard of this house is perfectly situated to catch the sun all day long and there are plenty of options for sitting or laying around the pool.

Family Reunion

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Pool area lovely. Location was great! We did close and unplug the air fresheners as I am allergic to the scent. But, after a few minutes of opening the patio door, all was great. We would stay here again! Thanks!

Very nice !!!

The owner communicated with me, answering all of my questions, prior to us arriving. The house was clean and very comfortable, and we really appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with extras like butter, olive oil, spices, and coffee (although we did buy our own coffee). Our coffee in the morning by the pool was peaceful and beautiful!!

Nice home away from home.

Great location. Quiet area. Very clean. Good size, stocked kitchen. Rodney was very easy to communicate with. He promptly resolved an issue we had with the water temperature in the house. We recommend this property.

Golf trip

Location close to golf course. Nice safe neighborhood. Pool available. Limited amenities for home and kitchen. Had to clean bathroom after arriving.

Guests messaged me and brought to my attention that the bedroom tv didn’t have app availability do to fire stick missing. Also, there was hair in the bathroom drain, and slider screen door wasn’t sliding smoothly. I apologize for the inconvenience and reached out to the cleaning company owner to let her know of the complaint, and will make sure the checklist is reviewed and everything is thoroughly cleaned and accounted for. I made a trip to the house myself 3 days later to evaluate and ensure the house was adequately stocked, (as there were some missing glasses in the cupboard, and no dishwasher pods available). The kitchen is still stocked with a toaster, Keurig, blender, silverware, cutting knifes, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking dishes, measuring cups, can opener etc. I did replace the bedroom tv with a smart tv so this won’t happen again. Nice space

The stay felt like home away from home, nice and quiet and safe. Owner is respectful and made sure I knew when someone would come to take the garbage bin or when cleaners would come in. The place is nice and spacious. Owner responds quickly and even had some items brought when I inquired of them (iron etc).

Beautiful pool and location

Overall the pool is beautiful but limited area space or necessary chairs for lounging. Home needs good cleaning and TLC update and warmth. Internet extremely sketchy. Been to many other locations with much more ambiance. 3/5

I was a bit surprised reading this review. The house is very nice and clean. Even had the ducts cleaned this last year. All brand new furniture less than two years ago. I also just received a compliment from my pest control guy on how clean the house looked when he was there a week ago after my cleaners were there. Not sure what “sketchy” means regarding the wifi, It works well. The house isn’t large or extravagant, in fact it is just as the photos display. I do my best to accommodate my guests and am always available and prompt to solve any issues that may arise. I even went out of my way to let them use my garage to store their motorcycle. To my future guests, reviews are important to me, and more importantly is making sure my guests have an enjoyable stay. Bestie Retreat

Visited Maricopa may of 2023. Had a great stay. The property is in excellent location to proximity of grocery/food/etc. We drove to Grand Canyon and stopped at Sedona on the way. About 4-5 trip one way from the house. Perfect to hop in the pool after long travel day. Views were so worth the drive anywhere you went. The neighborhood is nice and we never heard a peep from any neighbors. It’s Like your own little oasis getaway!! (Premise- I have OCD and am very picky about cleanliness) We thought for the higher cleaning fee it would’ve been just a tad cleaner. Overall it was tidy just like the vents and baseboards were dusty. When we got in the shower and turned the exhaust fan on it would occasionally rain dust bunnies on us as the vent was covered. Side note for owner: The sheets could also use upgraded soon. They are pretty scratchy/rough. While you’re never at home on vacation. This place made us a feel way more at home! We would definitely choose this property again!! 8/10 for us! :)

Comfortable Home

This was our first trip to Arizona, and we decided to rent a home and avoid the usual distractions (noise) associated with hotels. The location in Maricopa is somewhat removed from the attractions of Phoenix, but it is a reasonable commute to most places. The neighbourhood is peaceful, and close to The Duke for golf. The house itself is solid, although the kitchen and bath are approaching time for an update. That said, all furnishings were modern and comfortable. The internet service and TV were quite satisfactory. The owner contacted me shortly before our arrival inquiring if we intended to use the pool, as it has not been heated and is quite an expense to bring up to reasonable temps. After checking the forecast I agreed it would not likely be required. So, if you’re going to stay here in the cooler months because of the pool, ensure you and the host are in agreement re heating. The weather was subpar so it would have been wasted in our case. The yard itself is tidy with nice furnishings, and we enjoyed sitting outside (dressed appropriately!) for cocktail hour. The wood pellet grill was simple to use for a novice, and made some great steaks! Overall we liked the property and would stay here again.
