Awesome Home away from home!

We rented this house for my nephews graduation and it was just as advertised. Everything was clean and the owner always communicated quickly. Its specious and the yard is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of venues. Great experience!

Comfortable Home

This was a cozy, clean, and comfortable rental. We loved the giant, soft couch in the living rooms and the beds. The house is nicely decorated. Great place to stay in South Austin.

very nice recently updated house.

Very nice house and nice stay. Only one complaint is that the Nest thermostat kept resetting at night and turned the heater on and the house got hot, awakening in the middle of the night and had to turn it back down

This place was awesome for a few friends to call home during a weekend at ACL. It is outside of the city center but it provides a quiet place at night and in the mornings

Comfortable and clean

Very clean home, fresh & plenty of linens (loved having a pair of twin beds for kids), fully functional kitchen, good water pressure in bathrooms…a well kept home and yard, would definitely like to stay again

Wonderful Choice!

We used to live in Austin and our family was in town visiting friends and family and sightseeing in Austin and the surrounding area. The goal was to have a house close to downtown, the town lake area, the hill country and San Antonio. Our location made it very easy and quick to get to all the places. We loved the house. Very clean and modern in a quiet and nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Very nice fenced backyard that is locked, good size and private. We have a family of 5 and the house worked great for all of us. We also loved the option of being able to park our vehicle in the garage. The host was amazing to work with, responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend this house and would definitely choose this house again if we are in Austin.

GREAT GETAWAY HOME

We took a week vacation and this home away from home was Absolutely Perfect. We loved the neighborhood for walking, the home was supplied with essentials and roomy yet cozy for enjoying ! WE WILL LOOK INTO STAYING THERE AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SPOT !

This house is perfect!

This property is absolutely lovely. So easy to get around Austin from this location. What a nice place to land at the end of a busy day discovering the city. Would definitely stay again if the chance arises.

Weekend holiday

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen could have a little more amenities. Kitchen hand towels , s&p, some type of baggies for storage of food, extra trash bags and cooking pots ,pans and baking sheets. Perhaps some Kleenex and extra body soap. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful holiday. Thank you, patsy jones

Super cute house, 15 min from downtown we were able to get where we needed to quickly. Everything was clean and spacious. Had a small bachelorette weekend for a friend, perfect little place.

One of the best in Austin

I’ve been to austin many times and I would have to say this was probably one of the best vacation homes. The place was so clean and stylish. The location wasn’t too far from the places I needed to go to. I would definitely recommend this stay if everyone ever decides to visit.

A clean and modern home!

The property was very clean and beautifully designed! My friends and I loved everything about the home. The home is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood that was only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Austin. We really appreciated being able to use the garage to park our car, that gave us some peace of mind! The back yard was very private and had space to enjoy activities. The kitchen was also stocked with the basic cooking essentials and had all new appliances. 10/10 would recommend and will stay hear on our next trip to Austin!
