Remodeled, Centrally Located in Sedona 2 Bed / 2 Bath Home

This beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom is centrally located off Hwy 89A in Sedona. Close to everything, and minutes from downtown, this home is perfect for any Sedona stay.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed for cooking and entertaining. Bar seating and an outdoor dining area make it great for any meals made in the home. There is also a dining table in the spacious living room. In addition to the outdoor seating on the patio, there is also a propane grill.

A spacious living room features a large TV, a small dining table, and a great couch for watching DirecTV or just relaxing.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and large private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be used separately or pushed together.

The garage has been converted into a "game room" with pingpong and pool table.

On the property is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The unit includes a Red Rock Pass to be used for exploring Sedona.

This property exceeded expectations. It was large and clean. Nice yard for kids to play in. Laundry available. Walking to airport mesa trail and lookout. We would definitely go back!

Great place in a great location

Located right next to Sedona Airport, this place was in prime location. It was clean and exactly as listed. The communication with the owner was great. The kids loved ping pong and the pool table. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful house to stay in Sedona

It is a wonderful house. We spent some unforgettable days in Sedona. The cleanliness is impeccable, all the details are finely planned so that guests can enjoy all the amenities that the property offers. The location is excellent, right in downtown but preserving all the tranquility and proximity to nature. Jay, the manager, was attentive to us all the time during our stay, resolving any concerns we had. We will definitely book this house on a next trip to Sedona.

Thanksgiving Fun

This property is nestled in a quiet & beautiful neighborhood with wildlife all around. We saw deer, a random coyote crossing the street and javelina in the yard. The property is clean, quiet, comfortable and fun for teens given the pool table. Close to everything. The management was flawless and they made everything very easy. We hope to spend next Thanksgiving at this gem.

Excellent property

We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids (ages 9 & 13) loved the ping pong and pool tables. The house was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Communication with the property manager was prompt and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Cute & Cozy!

This place was absolutely perfect for our girls getaway weekend. It was tidy, stocked with plush linens, close to the airport mesa vortex, and we even saw a deer in the driveway! Jay was super responsive, accommodating and the welcome basket was a nice touch! I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location and As Advertised

It was amazing. I didn’t have to contact the property manager once. The code to the front door worked perfectly. The unit was in good condition. Next time we go to Sedona we may very likely stay there again.

Great Location

The location was amazing and it was just a half mile from airport mesa. All the amenities were great and plentiful (paper towels, toilet paper, towels etc were all well stocked). Our host, Jay was very quick at responding. We would definitely stay at this property again if we come back to Sedona! Just one thing to note - the second bedroom is on the smaller side, and is probably better suited for families with younger children.

Excellent property!

My family (2 kids, aged 8 and 9) and I all stayed here midway through a national park road trip and it was a great place to land and have some space. The property itself is spotless and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the playroom in the garage was a great place for my kids (and I) to have fun with ping pong and pool. The laundry facility is located 20 feet rom the front door in an adjacent building and was super convenient for us to refresh our clothing situation. The location is nestled in a nice, quiet neighborhood, about 1/2 mile from the main road near a Whole Foods. You can drive into the main area of town in about 4 minutes. I loved that the property was so close to Airport Mesa. We all went for a hike around it via the airport trail from the front door. I would highly recommend this property. The photos are very accurate or this property!

Clean, comfortable, spacious family friendly home!

My family of four, including two teenagers, stayed at this beautifully updated pristinely clean home in April 2024 for spring break. The location is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Airport Mesa, yet just off a main road, close to many stores & restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the thoughtful welcome basket with snacks & drinks was very much appreciated! We were grateful to have laundry access after a day of muddy hiking, and there was plenty of room in the driveway to park our rental car. Overall, one of our favorite vacation rentals!

Amazing gouse in perfect location!

We came in to Sedona for a few days before going to Scottsdale for spring training. This was the perfect house. Inside was well stocked, clean, and adorable. It was perfect for our family of 4. It is in a nice, safe neighborhood, close to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and the old Scottsdale strip. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute Southwest Home - Perfect location!

Fabulous stay at this super clean and freshly remodeled home! Great location - ate at Mesa Grill which was minutes away. Did the Sedona Jeep tour which was also super close. Hiked multiple trails and this house made it super easy! Would definitely stay again! Thank you Jay!

Perfection

Wow! This is the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed at. The attention to detail and welcome basket was a great start. Jay was absolutely awesome with all and any communication needs. The sheets and towels are the softest and comfiest I've ever had. The house itself is perfect for a family of 4. We saw cardinals and deer in the backyard! Neighborhood is so quiet and close to everything you need.

Perfect choice in Sedona!

Everything was just as we hoped, only better! Clean, great styling, super location for exploring Sedona. We really enjoyed the ping pong and pool in between hikes. The welcome basket was awesome, and we were so happy to be given parking passes for the hikes. The towels were thick, and sheets soft. We enjoyed the rocking chairs and back patio. The laundry room was so helpful! We couldn’t have asked for more! The owners provided well stocked bathroom and kitchen supplies! Communication was prompt and clear. All 4 of us loved it! Highly recommend 5 stars!

Wonderful stay!

My boyfriend and I took a roadtrip from San Diego through Scottsdale, the Grand Canyon, and then spent the most of our time in Sedona. We camped for 2 night and then wanted a comfortable stay for the last 2. We hiked so much and our bodies were completely wrecked so I reached out the day of check-in to Jay to see if we could check in any earlier to give our bodies a rest. He was super accommodating and responded very quickly and we were able to check in earlier, luckily. The space is beautiful, updated, comfy, and has the most amazing morning and afternoon light with the amount of windows and skylights. The game room with pingpong and pool tables were a great way to wind down after dinner with a little friendly competition. The showers had amazing water pressure, nice quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — and the double washer/dryer combo was so appreciated and the best amenity after some long, dirty days of travel. The location was also perfect! About 15 min drive to the main hikes we wanted to do, and about 5-10 min drive to all of the food/coffee/drink spots we wanted to visit. Thank you Jay for sharing your space with us! We would love to visit again.

Perfection

I do short-term rentals for a living, and my family always asks me what was “missed” in the spaces we’ve rented when we travel. This trip was no different, and my answer - “Jay never misses.” And that’s true. This or any property managed by Jay will be absolutely perfect. Book it and enjoy!
