One of the only spots Downtown with Beautiful Views of Old City Hall. Suitable for Adults ONLY. Additional guests may be allowed at extra charge. Perfect for Romantic Getaway or a couples night out. You’ll love the lofty spacious feel of the unit. Jetted bathtub only (NO WORKING SHOWER HEAD).

Only a five minute walk (0.2 miles) to the Tacoma Link Light Rail! *Please be advised*
If you plan on checking in past 11pm on your check-in date, we will not be able to provide host support until 6am the following morning. So please be aware any unit access issues/questions/concerns will not be addressed until that time.

Great location. Safe, clean, quiet. Located in a funky little district full of antique stores and very short walking distance to the water, coffee shops, bars & restaurants. Excellent experience with the kind and responsive host. I recommend.

The place was nice and easy to find. It was noisy at night due to a nightclub next door. It was the perfect location for the wedding we were in town for.

Downtown Views and Challenges

This was a clean property in a vintage downtown setting. There were accessibility challenges to the property. Do not stay with a car here unless you can handle walking steep hills and stairs. The property felt secure but was hard getting through three access doors.

Lovely loft

Such a unique loft that I adore! Love the added security of the codes to enter the building. Great shops nearby and lots of good food. Very clean apartment and the bed was comfortable. Lounge in same building /below loft. They are open late and play very loud music into the am hours esp on the weekends.Ear plugs and a noise machine are a must if your a light sleeper like myself. Lucky, I travel with these items so I acclimated fine.

Need a shower!

Not having a shower makes this not a practical rental. Location was excellent for antique hunting, but the tri level set up made for lots of stairs. Also lack of places to sit. There is one saggy couch and three barstools in kitchen. Would not rent this unit again.

Nice Change of pace/scenery from a traditional home!

The 3 level downtown loft was unique and interesting and I would definitely stay there again. The only drawback with the location is that the unit is adjacent to a small night club and on Friday/Sat night there's quite a bit of noise from the people gathered outside until Midnight/1am... Overall I had a nice visit and Would return.

Fun Trip!

My wife and I had an awesome time staying at this loft. Everything was exactly as described without any unexpected surprises. Mike and Anita are very friendly and helpful as well. The location is within walking distance to many lively and happening spots. We felt the love and hospitality of the city of Tacoma. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

This place is absolutely stunning and in such a cool location! Walked a few feet next door to get breakfast and coffee at the cafe every morning. Club Silverton is just next door and it's a great venue. Very loud, didn't bother me since I sleep like a rock. There's no ac but the fans keep the place pretty cool. The jets in the tub are awesome l, but sometimes the button gets stuck! If you're staying and it happens to you just push hard and wiggle.
