Tucked away off Mt. Washington, this location offers easy access to Shevlin Park, downtown, and Mt. Bachelor. Five smart TVs. Two-car garage. Three living areas. Four office areas. Three coffee options (espresso, Keurig, regular) and every kitchen gadget needed for gourmet meals.

Bend Getaway

This is a wonderful home in a great neighborhood. It provides easy access to the river, mountains, Sisters, Smith Rock, local bike trails, and downtown. Well furnished, great amenities, and the hosts were responsive to any questions. Would stay again.

Home away from Home

This is a brand-new property, and the owners are wonderful to work with. We didn't want for anything in this furnished rental. Location on the west side is good, tucked away into a cul de sac. Great place to be when you can't be at home!

The Perfect Spot

This was our second time renting a property from Scott & Dina. We can go on and on singing their praises as hosts, but you came for a review of this property so here goes. The house is brand new so everything is spotless and perfect. This is the case with all of their properties and coming from excessively clean people. The home is beautifully decorated and highly functional. My husband and I were able to comfortably work from home as there are multiple desks and rooms to use as an office (1 full office on the main floor and three desks upstairs). There is an open floor plan with plenty of room for entertaining and a great front and back porch to enjoy the outdoors. For others still working from home, the internet was super fast and very reliable (this always makes us nervous before we book so just an FYI). The home has a beautiful, and very welcoming feel with no detail overlooked. There is plenty of artwork throughout, and every amenity to make a person or family feel right at home including TVs in every room w/ Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime etc. We are fairly certain their kitchen has twice the gadgets and cookware as our permanent home. They even have 3 options for coffee! As for location, it is about a 10 minute walk to the COCC track & trails for any runners out there, maybe 1.5mi to Shevlin Park and 1mi to NW Crossing. You also have a great park just steps away from the front door with a pickleball court, children's jungle gym and basketball court. Additionally, you have full access to their garage which is great for bikes and other gear. My husband actually set up his indoor bike trainer there and was able to exercise in the garage and get a good wifi signal. The location in West Bend is excellent with close access to everything this amazing town has to offer. The neighbors we met are also super friendly and welcoming. There was even a block party within the cul de sac while we were there. We would recommend this property as well as Scott and Dina to anyone and everyone. And if there ever was an issue or request, they are incredibly friendly, responsive and accommodating. Can we go higher than five stars?!?

This brand new house is stunning. Eco-friendly design, quiet, and located in the heart of Bend's Westside. Less than two miles to downtown, the river, Shevlin Park, and right off Mt. Washington drive (tucked away in a quiet development and on a cul-de-sac) for an easy drive to Mt. Bachelor, Smith Rock, or wherever your adventures may take you. Steps lead down to Quail Park, pickleball, half court basketball, playground, and open park space. A great location for accessing all that Central Oregon has to offer. Summit High School, High Lakes Elementary.

Five bedrooms! Two of them are set up as media rooms and offices, but they both have queen sized sleepers with a plush three-inch topper in addition to the memory foam mattress. Three living spaces. Beautiful, gourmet kitchen. Four office areas within the house. Great covered, outdoor dining area and grill.
