This homey one bedroom provides the comfort of home in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located with in minutes of grocery stores, restaurants & a short 15 minute drive outside of Anchorage in Eagle River to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a full size kitchen, living room with a dining area full bath & shower w/ in floor heating there is NO SHOES in the unit and NO Smoking in or out of the unit. We do not allow smokers to rent are unit because you will still bring the smoke and stench in with you so we don’t allow people who smoke to stay here because others may also be allergic also no pets if you come and brake these rules you will be asked to leave with no refund
