The condo is perfect! Great space for relaxing after long days at the park. Kids got to have some time to themselves as did we, the adults. The place is decorated so nicely and perfect for the area. It was very clean and tidy and you can tell, very well cared for. We are annual pass holders to the parks and will definitely stay again!

A++ Place with a great price!

This is the perfect spot for visiting Disney and universal! Close to both locations. The beds were very comfortable even for someone of a larger size! The freezer was full with ice! We were stocked with everything we need to do a load of laundry and clean our dishes. Smelled great! AC was working perfectly!!!! You can’t go lower than 70 but this place pushed out a REAL 70 degrees. We will be back again! They are very responsive hosts too! Easy to follow directions and all the staff was friendly and helpful.

Fun Trip

My family and I stayed for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed the property very much. The pool and water slides were a big hit with my daughters. Location was good, especially if you plan on visiting the parks. We had to travel to and from the Orange County Convention Center for volleyball tournaments and the drive back and forth proved to be challenging at times. Orlando traffic is heavy and challenging to navigate. However, once at the apartment, we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

It was a great stay with our two kids and parents! The condo is very spacious! Kids enjoyed having a video games in their room, it was such a treat!!! Pool was also great for younger kids, 3-4 feet deep! We had everything we needed for 2 nights. The host was responsive and friendly. Although we would like few things to be considered for change for the next stay, we definitely recommend this place.

Truly a Wonderful Place

This place was amazing!! Super clean, comfortable beds, close access to anything you need! Everything was so close! The pool is walking distance even with little kids. Grocery shopping was also close by. Sams club, aldi, public’s, cvs, Walgreens and Walmart are all 2-15 minutes away! The pool was perfect and we used it often. Our oldest son is 12 and loved the slides! Also, this property is so very close to Disney! Even the furthest park was no more than 20 minute away. (Maybe closer) We found it to be super easy to leave the Disney parks and come back for a little bit and then go back to the parks! Thank you again for sharing your wonderful place with our family of 5!!

Loved the Star Wars theme!!

It was great!! Our grandson loved the star wars theme in the place. It was close to all we went to which was a lot. The farthest we drove was to Kennedy space center it was 1 hr and 10 min. Pool was good (crowded but nice). Beds were very comfy too! Thank you for everything.

Great Location Great Property

Windsor Hills is located very close to the Disney Parks! This unit was clean and decorated in a way to keep your Disney experience going even after you leave the park. Great floor plan to this unit. The pool area is fantastic! 2 large water slides for older kids and 2 really small slides for younger kids. Be sure to go to the office to get your wrist band for the pool and game room. We found the people who live here all winter to be very friendly and helpful. Overall, great location and great unit!

Close to Disney, great property!

The condo was spacious and perfect for a family of 6. The property has great amenities for down time - we loved the big pool, slides, and game room. The check in/ check out process is super easy. Very close and easy access to Disney - 15 min driving. The owner communicates a lot and is very helpful. Loved it all! Would stay again!

Fine for what it was

The kids room is adorable, that was probably the best attribute, and since this trip was based around our kiddos, we were pleased with that. I will definitely say this property fitting 8 is a stretch unless you are putting 3 people in each king bed. The property manager reached out to us about the number of vehicles and names that should be allowed on the check-in list at the gate- Our in laws were not added as we requested and couldn't get into the gate upon arrival-that was frustrating as they were added more than 2 weeks ahead of our arrival. We also never got a response about our early check-in request. The apartment is fine for what you pay, and for us, we were really just sleeping there as we had packed park days each day. It still appeared dirty in corners and definitely needs maintenance work. While there, a pipe burst or some sort of flood happened with the unit above. We woke to puddles of water in the hallway and kitchen and water coming down in the bathroom. Reached out to let manager know and never heard anything back, or if they planned to come into the apartment, etc. So, that was interesting... I will say the local individual who helps with this property is good and responsive. Overall, I would not stay here again nor would I choose this spot if I were spending more than just someplace to essentially sleep after a long day at the park.

Perfect location and a great property

My wife and three children used this property as a base for visiting the Disney and Universal theme parks. The apartment was well located, well cared for and the owners responded quickly to any queries that we had. Would happily return to stay there again!

Great Place

This was a great place that is close to Disney Springs, Disney and Universal. We stayed for a dance competition. There are many restaurants and stores in the area. The place was just as describe and seen in the pictures. I would highly recommend!!!!

This place is not accurate to the quality of the pictures. Think twise to pick it...

You should bring your own supplyes..they offer almost nothing and cheap...for example towels are rags!!!...the property is NOT CLEAN..AND THERE'S MOLD ON THE SHOWERS courtains!!.the property stinks!! Some appliances dosent work (the toaster for example),..the dryer machine was full of wet and stinky towels...etc etc we booked 5 nights..and we ran the second night just while we found something as we were looking for...(we let them know and we explained the reasons to cancelled and we ask for a refund at lest for the nights left and they never took care of it or give us and answer about it) we tried to spend a vacation nice and confortable..and we waisted two days finding a last minute place to stay...We think this is not a property for a VRBO STANDAR!!

Long weekend trip with college age kids and their friends

We had a great trip. The condo was beautiful and clean. Communication was good. The pool was lovely and the kids tell me the water slides were awesome. So convenient to Disney and Universal. The Walmart is minutes away. The condo is just as pictured. My son, a total Star Wars freak, was in heaven. He loved all the decor. We would definitely book again!

Great Place To Stay!

Our family had a fantastic time staying at this condo. It was very clean. The kids loved the pool, and it was short walk from the condo. The condo was in a great location to many different places. Walmart was a short drive, and had everything we needed. It was an easy drive to the different Disney World parks.

Great stay, enjoyed our time!

The property is as advertised and was very close to Disney which was very nice. Property was clean and we really couldn't complain about anything. Like stated this property is not stocked with shampoo, soap, trash bags, etc. - although they do provide you with one of each item but if you're staying for a long period of time make sure you bring/buy some supplies. Overall thanks for being an excellent host and great job keep the communication up. Thanks!

D2 Summit and Disney vacation

We came to Florida for a cheerleading event and a Disney vacation. I searched a lot of places and I am so glad that I choose this property. It was a home away from home. It was exactly like the pictures. It was close to everything. The kids loved the pool and water slides. The condo was close to the pool. We have been to Florida now three times for the cheer event and by far this was our best place to stay.

My wife and I are from the NJ area. Our daughters, Madison (who is 6) and now Maya (who is 1) loves to visit Walt Disney World and the Beaches. We love the attractions and the Orlando/Florida area. We decided to buy a vacation home because we needed the accommodations that hotels could not provide (full kitchen, privacy, and extra space!). We love to use these homes but also share the joy with others. We take pride as these are our private selection of homes and have done plenty of research to find the perfect resorts. These are our babies and we have upgraded and kept in a immaculate condition. We have given it lots of love and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
