Welcome to The Dream Weaver!

This 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms top floor (4 th) with elevators is located in the ideal gated 5-stars Windsor Hills resort set away from the main road (and traffic), yet only 3 miles to Disney! It provides all the necessities for a fun and relaxing getaway. Very quiet condo on the top floor with elevators.
Quick walk to the community pool and water park. Fully equipped kitchen as well as brand new washer and dryer!

Just a block walk away, the resort boasts their walk-in pool with NEW WATER SLIDES and SPLASH PAD. The extensive playgrounds are fully fenced providing a safe place for children. There are also ping pong and pool tables, workout facility, game room, movie theatre and so much more! We are located only a short walk from the basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, putting green, grills and picnic tables as well as over-sized parking. We are very kid friendly with a pack n play, high chair, stroller in unit for your use!
NO SMOKING OR VAPING, NO PET unit.

Great location. Pool and splash pad/slides were great. House was clean and tidy on arrival. Great to have a washer and dryer in the condo.

Large apartment with all the amenities of home. Location was excellent and close to everything. The pool and waterpark was great for all ages, water was clean and warm. The property grounds were well secured and has something for everyone.

Customer service not high priority

The property owner, informed us with check in and property details a few days before our stay and a detail that was included was we needed to register second vehicle… to which I immediately responded because we were not only traveling with a second vehicle but also a enclosed trailer as we were moving our son down for college. The property owner didn’t respond to either of my communications stating our car and trailer information. So upon arrival to a line of traffic and gated security, my husband with the trailer denied entry. After a long couple days of travel from IN to FL this major inconvenience to turn around and find somewhere to park on a busy intersection with a truck and enclosed trailer, while we reached out to property owner. Yes the property manager reached right out to their HOA to figure out what our parking options were, and we did after about an hour get our parking sorted. The property owner, had our travel information and didn’t have these details sorted for us upon arrival… and decided to have a rude “at least we learned something about our HOA” comment instead of offering any partial refund or food voucher or something for our stressful inconvenience as customers.

THIS is where you want to stay!

My family and I were very satisfied with the place. The beds were comfy and there was everything in the condo that we needed to clean. There is a Walmart down the road from us with everything that wasn’t in the condo. The stay was definitely a 10/10. Lastly, I had a family member that came a day late and I needed to add one more person to the list, but the property manager was very easy to get in contact with and very nice about the whole thing.

I’m so happy we chose to stay at this place. I give it a 10 out of 10. We went out there for my son AAU basketball game and of course after playing he didn’t want to go anywhere so it was nice to have all the amenities there which was awesome. Plus it felt like we were at home because if we didn’t want to go out to eat we can cook at the condo. Michel was great at communicating. If I go back to Orlando I would definitely rent this place again. Thanks Michel.

We loved our stay here. The condo was spacious, clean, and had anything we needed. Owner was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We loved the amenities of the property. We would 100% stay here again!

Our stay while visiting Disney

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, and the resort itself was fantastic — quiet, relaxing, and full of great amenities. The only downside was the master bedroom bed — it was extremely firm, probably the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. Halfway through the trip, I ended up moving to a different bedroom, which was much more comfortable. That said, everything else about the stay was excellent and we would absolutely return. Just a heads-up if you prefer a softer mattress!

Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay! The three bedrooms gave us plenty of room. The master bed was way too firm for us so we bunked with the kids. The pool area was very nice and it was located close to everything!

Wonderful Property. Terrible experience with property manager.

The door code given did not work upon arrival. We got to the unit in the middle of the night and were unable to reach anyone. The next morning everything was sorted out. I was given a second door code, and later told that the code was reset to what I was given. Everything worked after that, and the condo was great. The property manager refuses to refund the one night of our trip that we were not able to use the property and had to get a hotel room.

Perfect for families and kids.

This was the ideal spot to for families with kids. A short walk to both pool and playground. The unit was clean, spacious and very modern. I would definitely go back and stay again.

I highly recommend this property. Very clean and spacious. Easy check in process. The pool is always the perfect temperature. The food at the poolside cafe is Absolutely incredible. I recommend the BBQ Chicken Pizza.

Sweet spot

This was a sweet place close enough to the parks and quiet and clean. It was spacious as promised. If you want to go to the pool, get there early as it fills up very fast. (As in 11am will be too late to find chairs).

Windsor hills is a very attractive and gated community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
