The home is well laid out and spacious. Convenient to everything that you need. Everything was as described in listing. Beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed while visiting Huntsville.

Location was great . The carpet definitely needed cleaning. Sadly there was insufficient paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels and no extra trash bags other than the one in the kitchen can.

Beautiful and convenient to Crestwood Medical

We were staying in town to be able to come and go as needed for a family member’s surgery. This townhouse was in a wonderful area and convenient to lots of great restaurants. It was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. It’s in a classy, gated community.

It's a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Nothing fancy, and be sure to bring your own soap, etc. Solid internet. Good value.

Be sure to pack EVERYTHING or be prepared to purchase every item you’ll need to make coffee, or a simple meal (coffee, sweetener, salt, pepper, cooking spray, any seasonings, condiments) as there was NOTHING to even fix a cup of coffee! There’s a coffee maker, but no coffee, sweeteners, condiments, etc.

This is a great place. One of the best we've stayed at in Huntsville and we've stayed at many VRBO's here. Host was very pro-active and responsive. Well maintained, very clean and descriptions were accurate. Will definitely try to stay here next time. Safe and comfortable.

Everything was comfortably, Spacious was good family for four perfect. However, we which they can change the air air filter. The place was nice and clean but we can feel the dust in the air in the carpet too. Or nose was stuffy because dust.

Perfect for swim meets; property needs a bit of love

Location was perfect. Quiet. King bed soft Queen firm. Property had a fair amount of wear and tear. Carpet staining; Bulbs out upstairs light; holes in doors, outlet for coffee maker out left of sink, bedding thin. No staples- salt pepper etc; bought and left there . Can light out in kitchen,no bakeware in kitchen. I didn’t mind and we made it work. I would still stay here if we needed to bc it ticked all the boxes for what we needed

WHERE NOT TO STAY IN HUNTSVILLE

The online photos were very misleading. When we first entered the property, although the appearance of the neighborhood seemed fairly good, we noticed that the entrance gates were missing or inoperative. Upon entering the main living area, we discovered there was only one couch which was fairly worn, and which could only seat 3 of our 4-person party. It was obvious that the blinds on the windows were worn out and the window treatment was damaged. The walls were dirty and badly in need of painting. The refrigerator had not been cleaned out and was making a terrible noise. The carpet on the upstairs foyer and bedrooms was badly worn and filthy. At least one of the bedroom sinks did not drain properly and the some of the bathroom lighting was burned out. The bathroom sink faucets were covered in soap scum. The only thing we found positive was the bedding seemed to be fairly good and comfortable. We quickly decided to spend as little time as possible and use it only for sleeping. With some work the property could be nice, but we found it in terrible shape and would not recommend it to anyone.

The townhome was located in a comfortable neighborhood 20min. From everything. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, but the pan selection was minimal making meal preparation more challenging. The highlight of this stay was the convenient location to the city in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a carefree check in, very detailed instructions on checking in and out. Made sure we were ok during the stay. Very nice neighborhood and the gated community makes an added protection. For a mom and 2 kids coming for soccer tournaments, it was easy access for Doordash, walmart delievery and going anywhere. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely save for the next games.

Nice location to experience downtown HSV and also Lake Guntersville

I chose this townhome as it was near midpoint to downtown HSV and Lake Guntersville, both great attractions to visit. The house was clean, had adequate parking, and was in a nice neighborhood.
