The PineCone Manor is tucked away in an older residential neighborhood in Flagstaff on the east side. Centrally located this home is less than 3 miles from Downtown Flagstaff and 4 miles from NAU! You'll find this is the perfect spot for enjoying all that Northern Arizona has to offer!

This 4 bedroom 3 bath estate is the perfect home for a family traveling with multiple children! The home boasts a "Kid's Wing" that includes 2 connected bedrooms with flexible sleeping options and a full bathroom in between! Kids will love having their own section of the home to spread out and play in!

The outdoor space at this home sells itself! The large corner lot has several sizeable mature pine trees that will allow you to feel like you're in the woods while having all of the amenities that come with renting a home! The backyard is completely fenced in with a spacious grassy area as well as a concrete patio with grill, patio table set with umbrella, and string lights. This is truly a space that can be used and enjoyed year round!

The primary bedroom is a small oasis with a separate seating area, ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a wood burning fireplace! You'll feel like you're in a private sanctuary all to yourself!

The beautiful cabin style kitchen is fully equipped! Just add food and your own unique cooking style. You can truly do it all in this kitchen! There is also a dishwasher to help keep you focused on enjoying your stay.

The four bedroom home and yard space are available to guests. The cabin boasts a horseshoe driveway so parking is rarely an issue. Bring the side by side, there's room for all the toys!!

Please note that the 3rd bathroom and 4th bedroom can only be accessed through the bunk room. This is why we refer to it as the Kid's Wing!

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay. Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.

Groundskeeping is performed bi-weekly at this home every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month.

Overall an okay place to stay

we were not aware that Flagstaff homes do not generally have air conditioning. Also, we found the backyard unusable do to lack of cleaning, House had some cobwebs on light fixtures, but not bad. Plenty of room.

Okay stay

Very nice house! There was a few things I had issues with. No air conditioning…the house stayed around 80 degrees in the night which makes it hard to sleep!! Yes, in their description it doesn’t list air conditioning but there is no way to cool down the house. The house is equipped with ceiling fans but most windows in the house have no screens and the front door has a security screen but you can only lock the lower lock not the deadbolt because the key doesn’t work on the inside. Our family liked the house but because we couldn’t get the house cooled down our stay was kinda miserable when we were at the house. It would be a great winter house to stay in.

Excellent spot for weekend escape

Excellent spot to enjoy cooler weather of the mountains. Very spacious for large family, big master suite, nice size backyard for grilling and playing.

Perfect for family gathering

Nice house, nicely appointed for a family gathering. Not a lot of seating, but not an issue for us as we were on the go a lot. Nice big back yard for kids to run in, plus smaller side yard with grass. Older neighborhood, but seemed safe. Only downside was lots of trains nearby, but you do get used to it.
