Family vacation

Great location, very safe. The apartment is big. I had to buy cleaning supplies. The bathroom smells like pee. The bathroom curtain got mold, and so did the toilet. The sofa bed had a bunch of food crumbs. The bed had hair. Nice place, but it needs to be cleaned.

Family Vacation

House, location, and description all matched perfectly to what we experienced while staying in Miami. Patrick was very helpful and quick with his communication through out our entire stay. My family and I would definitely return for another stay here while visiting the area. The walk to the beach was short, the beach was clean and very minimal crowds while we were there. Patrick had great recommendations for restaurants in the area and close grocery stores. Overall a wonderful experience.

Not a good stay

The location was good, but the neighbors were very badly, so many people were there in and out, and they took our parking spot, also the washer not working properly, the air conditioning was too close to the beds, and the air conditioning in the kitchen wasn't enough for the area, and we had a cockroach

Family Golf Weekend

A great place to relax

We loved our stay at the little blue bach. It is well equipped and so close to Lake Maraetai. Plenty of things for our family to do rain or shine - we loved the games, DVDs and outdoor space.

Great location but house is lacking

We chose this house due to the walkability to the beach and parking, which were the best parts of the house. The host was very accommodating for check in times and letting us drop luggage prior to check in. Unfortunately the house leaves much to be desired as far as amenities go - the house could really use basic items like entry rugs, new and more beach towels, washclothes, a broom, and pot holders. The beds and surfaces were clean, but the patio was a mess with plastic utensils on the deck and one chair that was saturated with oil. Inside, we found a bandaid and clothing size sticker on bedroom furniture and q tips on the bathroom floor. The bathrooms do not have exhaust fans which is probably why paint is peeling off the walls.

Nice clean property close to the beach

We had a fantastic stay at this house near the beach. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area made it feel like home. The outdoor space, with its patio, barbecue, and outdoor shower, was perfect for relaxing after beach days. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Highly recommend this beachside retreat!

Wonderful Stay

The stay was wonderful. You cannot beat the 5-minute walk to the beach. Everything was exactly as described and the host had excellent communication with us. The only con for was the backyard seating area because the chairs fall through holes in the wooden floor, which caused a little accident. However, if you’re not planning to sit outside, your stay should be excellent otherwise!

Grandchild's birthday trip

The house is in a fabulous location- steps away from the beach in beautiful Sunny Isles. It was convenient, and offered just what we needed, a refreshing change of scenery with our son and grandchild. The outdoor table and chairs in the lovely backyard added to our enjoyment, and the boogy board was a nice addition for our teenager.

Sunny Isles duplex

The check in process was very easy; the administrator was always responsive and ready with the information. The location was incredible, walking distance to the beach, Publix, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies. The house/duplex itself is dated, and show signs of overuse, but comfortable. No central AC, only room units. One of the rooms, the one with 2 beds has the unit next to the bed which makes it almost impossible to use, since it is very loud and would have the air blown directly into somebody’s face. The beds are comfortable enough. It is definitely not luxurious but provides most things to make it comfortable.

Disappointed

We were disappointed when we showed up at 3:15 to check in and the cleaning lady sent us away because she hadn't cleaned it yet. Coming back an hour later, it was disappointing the level of cleanliness. There was hair in drawers in the bathroom, soap residue in the shower. The table was not clean, and on and on. We had 7 people staying there and there were only 7 bath towel there, and 3 beach towels. After calling management we got another 4 beach towels the next day. Location is the best thing about this place.

Best beachside house in all Miami Beach!

Extremely clean, well manage beachside property. Thoughtfully equipped with kitchen pots, pans, soap/shampoo etc. Located across the street from the beach, with all the beach equipment and toys you or your family might need. Check-in and check-out was seemless, with electronic smart lock entry. Will definitely recommend to friends & family. 5-stars!

Cozy bungalow in Sunny Isles FL

The duplex was charming. It grows on you day by day! The shower water pressure in the pink bathroom was perfect! We had a great stay! We enjoyed the beach, which was a short walk from the home. We enjoyed plenty of Cuban food! The host, Patrick, was responsive to our needs.

Trip to Miami 2023

Excellent place to stay with the family. Quiet neigborhood, walk distance from the beach. Quick response from property manager, Patrick, when needed. Recommendations: as a mother/grandmother is to close the backyard in the laterals for the safety of the infants/childrens that stay in the house and wants to play in the backyard. Make an individual entrance to the laundry area so there is no need to walk through the neigboors backyard. But overall a very good place to stay.

Wonderful location!

I can only say wonderful things about the property manager. Very quick to respond and allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated! And it truly is a 5 minute walk to the public access to the beach. A short walk around the block to a small market and restaurants. That being said, it is a bit of ‘a diamond in the rough’. But for whatever it lacks, it more than made up for it in location and pricing!

Stayed here for a girls weekend, love that we were close tot he beach and many stores. The house was very clean and communication with the host of the house was very easy!

Well located, nice place

The house is a side-by-side duplex with shared driveway. The place is fine. Dated bathrooms but clean, kitchen pretty well equipped. Private back yard with “deck”. Plumbing issue was addressed promptly by manager. I would come back.
