Completamente equipado con todo lo necesario: cocina abierta, electrodomésticos de primer nivel en acero inox., cava para vinos, lavavajillas, etc.

Le va a encantar este Condo de lujo con amenities de primer nivel!!

Recién renovado completamente, este apartamento de 140 m2 tiene mucha luz y espacio para acomodar hasta 6 adultos + 1 niño.
Dentro del precio se incluyen estacionamiento fijo (descubierto).
Cuenta con un balcón que mira al hermoso Heritage Park
Tiene wifi libre, 3 cable TV (smart, uno de 55"), seguridad 24 hs, aire acondicionado, lavadora y secadora de ropa, heladera de 2 puertas de acero inox, cava para vinos, lavavajillas y los demas electrodomesticos necesarios. Incluye tambien toallas y sabanas.

Host was fabulous and answered all questions super quick! Pictures were accurate and enjoyed our stay. Just a few minute walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. Pool, gym, coffee shop were all great! As mentioned in other reviews, the patio door didn’t lock, but we put a pole to prevent it from being opened. We were a party of 6 and didn’t use the futon or living area of I sleep. Plenty of space for adults or family. The beach items stored was a fabulous surprise and helped make our beach day soooo much better! Laundry was close to the room and cost extra but worked out great. Would absolutely book again!

Amazing place

My wife, 3 daughters, and I just stayed at this condo for 7 nights and it was perfect. The place had space for all of us and we were very comfortable. Alejandro made sure we felt welcomed and if you need him he will get back to you right away. Thank you and we would stay here again.

Excellent Location! Clean!!!

We had a great stay. Although there are some small things that could be improved, the condo was really clean, had what we needed, and was in the most perfect location! The property owner was easy to get a hold of for any questions we had.

Perfect family getaway

We had a good time celebrating my son engagement during the holiday season. Thé appartement was spacious and clean in a building with many commodities ( little café, groceries, hair dresser, pool, training room…). Only four minutes from the beach. I definitely recommend this place for a family vacation

Loved the location

We were able to see am lot of Miami and Ft Lauderdale. Loved walking to the beach. Place had beach towels and beach equipment.

The condo is large and in a great location. The unit needs to be better maintained. There are issues with the front door lock, the balcony door lock does not work, one shower had a wrench as the handle because the handle had broken off and other more. Some of these problems have been mentioned on previous reviews so it’s surprising the manager or owner hasn’t fixed them. The parking stall is also a far walk from the unit and is all the way on the top floor of the parkade which is not convenient. The pool is nice but the heater did not work while we were there which is not the owner’s fault but it speaks to the age of the property.

Getaway in sunny isle

We had a lovely time. The rental was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. The building had wonderful amenities. The host was helpful and communicative. We would definitely come back!

Comfortable

Stayed prior to our cruise the apartment was clean and comfortably fit all 3 couples with no problem. Quick 5 minutes to the beach, grocery store down the road. Really nice stay. Alejandro was super responsive and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Great Location and Clean

This property is exactly as seen in the pictures. Super clean, friendly front desk team who explain the process, no hidden fees ($40 condo fee for the group - I've seen other places it's by person), great location (beach is across the street), mini mart onsite and Publics half mile down from the condo. Property Manager was also super responsive. I would definitely stay here again especially based on the price.

Excellent location, nice amenities

Location is great - can walk to beach. Beds were comfortable enough and decent sized rooms. Responsive, friendly, accommodating hosts Drawbacks surrounded building maintenance: - they're working to repaint the building so they have the window cleaning type ropes hooked up from roof to the ground. It was windy and they'd constantly bang off the building sounding like someone was knocking / lightly hammering away on the wall. - leaking HVAC vent with water spilling onto floor was a slip hazard for 48 hours, (believed to now be fixed!) - 1 couch/chair cushion was hanging on by a prayer

Mostly great

This was a great place, quite large and in a good location The only grievance I have is that the kitchen was not well equipped and missing some very essential items. We had to go buy a pot, spatula and plastic ware to make it through the week.

Spacious condo

This is a large and well-equipped place. Everything you could need in the kitchen, as well as supplies for the beach, (chairs, mats, towels, and a boogie board). Nice pool, but definitely not enough seating! You have to cross a busy street to get to the beach, but it’s a short and easy walk. A couple things weren’t working, but the owner responded to me very promptly.

Great location

The property was great, close proximity to the beach - about a 5 min walk. The beach chairs, umbrella and water equipment were a bonus. More than enough seating and chairs at the pool. Fitness center was clutch. Check-in process was simple and efficient. Parking included in the price was great. We traveled with an infant and 4 adults, plenty of space. Plenty of kitchen amenities. The hardware on the cabinets, drawers, and faucets were very loose but it didn't affect the stay at all. Would highly recommend. Would definitely stay again. About 30 min from FLL

Decent, close to beach

The location is great, easy walk to the beach. Check in was easy. Community pool is nice. The condo itself is ok and needs some updates. Fixtures are loose, there no extras. We had to go buy a cooking pan and knife because the provided ones were terrible. Also had to purchase wash clothes and hand towels because only two of each were provided. On the plus side, the beds were very comfortable.

Nina, you were 3 adults and in the apartment there are towels for 6 (2 per person). There are also washing machines and dryers for the use of guests. How many more do you need? No guest has ever asked me for more towels!! Regarding the cooking pan, it is new and was purchased 3 months ago. Anyway it's strange that you haven't commented anything about this in your 7 day stay!! If you had, I could have replaced it if it was really bad.

Short stay

We stayed 3 nights. It seemed very safe. The place was exactly as described. No surprises. The shower was broke in the one bathroom. We were told before we arrived. The manager kept us informed and even bought us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. It was a bit of an inconvenience since we had 6 adults staying in the place but things happen and we understood the situation. We managed perfectly fine. I would definitely stay again.

Facade renovation

Have been noticed about the renovation project of the building facade in advanced. It was frustrating that they have put blue plastic on the windows so no day light comes into the apartment.

Thank you for your comments. The work is already coming to an end. The blue plastic was placed to preserve the privacy of the guests and although it reduces the luminosity, it does allow light to pass through. Thank you for visiting my property!

Family vacation

The place was roomy n nice except the balcony was closed due to construction the host didn't inform me knowing l was coming from NJ. The beachfront was 2 blocks away Parking was in a garage 2 blocks away lm a senior too much walking. Also the host did not want to communicate on the phone just text me. Overall the unit was misrepresented

Kathy, as you yourself recognized in the messages on the app, the listing says that for some time you cannot access the balcony due to construction. You yourself apologized to me and told me that you had not read it. Now you come back with the same thing? It is also a shame that you lie about parking, since it is located in the same building and NOT 2 blocks away. The same thing happens with the beach in front of the building, just across the beach. Anyway, it's a shame that a person lies this way. You also broke a door handle and you didn't even have the honesty to tell me. I have qualified you to NOT welcome you back to my property. Guests like you better not come!!
