Have fun with friends & family at this SPARKLING CLEAN Bungalow! Only 1.5 miles to the beach! Large, outdoor living backyard. Beautiful, modern with an open floor plan and fully stocked Kitchen.

Enjoy the garden like, large backyard with a built in BBQ area. A great way to relax after a day at the beach or close by theme parks! Garage doubles as a game room with a tv and ping pong table!

Home is equipped with AC and heat!

Minutes to swanky downtown Oceanside, Legoland and BEST beaches!

Minutes to swanky downtown Oceanside, Legoland, BEST beaches and the longest Pier in California!

The Safari Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and Birch Aquarium are all within a 30 min drive.

The Oceanside Haus sleeps 8 adults.

Bedroom 1 has a King bed with an attached bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 2 is a King bed.
Bedroom 3 is set up as a home office space with a Queen size Murphy bed.
Living Room has a memory foam, queen pullout couch.
Garage is an extension of the house, with a TV , couch (which also folds into a Twin bed) and ping pong table!
An Aerobed is available upon request.

Wonderful Spot for a Week in SD

Clean, comfortable and close to the beach and highway. 5 mins from the action down on Mission and the Pier. The house was very comfortable and inviting. Beds were very comfortable and it easily accommodated 5 of us. Owners were very good communicators. Very quick responses. Would gladly stay again.

Great Holiday Getaway

My family and I had a lovely holiday trip down Oceanside Way. The house was perfectly located for our needs, and the heated master bathroom floor was a very nice touch for those chilly winter mornings.

The back yard is gorgeous! The house was very clean. We couldn’t find any bed linens for the sofa bed. You only provided 4 rolls of bath tissue for 7 people for 7 days, not enough! Thermostat was challenging and seemed to do its own thing after we set it.

Perfect for a Family Vacation

This house is beautiful, clean, and perfect for a family getaway. The living areas are spacious and the backyard is amazing with its outdoor kitchen, fire pit and lots of seating. We had 6 adults, an infant and a dog staying in the three bedrooms and everyone was comfortable.

Beach vacation

Wonderful for a family or small group getaway! Close to the beaches, restaurants, and stores. The backyard was wonderful for the kids to run around and adults to relax. The garage game room is a great bonus!

Great outdoor and indoor spaces, quiet neighborhood

We came to visit my son who is currently stationed at Camp Pendleton. It was a great space to make him and his roommate a homecooked meal, play some games and not have to sleep in the barracks! It was fun to explore Oceanside, Carlsbad and San Diego. Great stay, would stay again.

Family Reunion

This home has beautiful decor, comfortable couches and spacious rooms. All the beds were comfortable with quality sheets. The neighborhood is very quiet. Our hostess, was quick on response and super helpful with answering questions. Highly recommend!

Amazing home away from home!

First time visiting Oceanside and loved it. Ashley was so amazing to communicate with - response time was speed lightening. The home is situated in a Comfie and quiet neighborhood. Def would come back and stay at this property.

Beautifully designed home and lovely backyard

We loved the interior styling and flow of the home, and it was a short drive to the beach and grocery stores. The backyard is amazing, with so many areas for play and sitting - perfect for our family! The host is very responsive as well. The one downside is that there were some pet allergens present in the home - it was clear that dogs had very recently stayed there. However, the property is listed as pet friendly, so perhaps that was not completely unexpected.

Perfect Oceanside Oasis

Ashley’s Oceanside home is the perfect place for your stay with friends or family. Location was excellent, just a short 7-8 min drive to the ocean, bars and restaurants. The house itself is modern & decorated to perfection, but the real highlight is the beautiful backyard. Perfect for grilling, outdoor dining, game nights etc. Will definitely be back if we come to Oceanside again!

Great family dog friendly getaway

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Ashley’s Airbnb. Her home is tastefully decorated and very inviting and clean. We had everything we needed to bbq with family in her calming backyard. Having access to sand toys, chairs and beach umbrella was a huge plus to take advantage of the local beaches. The kids loved the pool table. This neighborhood is quiet and a little over a mile from the beach. Not far from great restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. We had a great stay!

The home is close to everything including Beaches, Disc Golf. San Diego Safari Park 25 minutes. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. The home itself was complete with outdoor and indoor living.

We had a such a wonderful stay here. The neighborhood was super quiet. Though, we did get a nice wake up from a rooster at 5:30 in the morning. lol. But we enjoyed it. The beds were comfy and my kids loved the ping pong table and the backyard! It was not too far from all of our destinations (legoland, the beach, San Diego). Now this stuff I’m about to talk about didn’t bother us, but it might be a deterrent for others to stay. The air conditioner is kind of loud when it kicks on, so if you’re a light sleeper, I would take that into consideration. The water pressure isn’t super good, but that’s not the fault of the owner, but something that a person might nitpick about. Just making people aware when they consider this option. But those were it! We felt so comfy in the house. It was so neat and clean and had everything we needed for the beach which made things so much easier! I highly recommend.

I'm very particular, and this exceeded my expectations

I will begin by saying I feel funny staying places other than home. But, from the moment I walked in, it felt like home. The home was immaculate, and totally updated. My husband and I slept in the master, and we slept like a baby. The backyard is great. We were able to log in to our Prime and Netflix accounts in the family room and master. We would definitely go back to this house!

Dog Friendly

The property was very clean with a big back yard, which was great for our dog and sitting outside in the sun. The property is minutes away from the beach if you are driving, but walking it is about 35 minutes and you have to cross over freeway ramps which were scary and I wouldn't advise walking it after dark. The house is a close car ride to the pier, beach and lots of great restaurants. We go to North San Diego County a lot, because we have family there. This is a good property to stay at if you already know the area, otherwise I think you'd be disappointed in the location. For our purpose it was fine since we knew where we were going and knew where to spend our time. As stated the house was very clean and charming, but lacked some basics I think a VRBO should have, such as soap for showering, adequate kitchen tools, like a sharp knife, vegetable peeler, more than one large bowl and proper BBQ tools with long handles. All small stuff, but cumulatively the small things over looked adds up and it would be nice to add some of these things for guests in the future. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the check in and check out process was seamless. We were very glad to have our dog there with us for the trip so it all worked out well.

Our stay was perfect! One of the better air b&b’s we’ve stayed at. House had everything you‘d need.

This only thing I’d suggest is having a pest control company come and spray maybee twice a month for a couple of months and then once a month for maintenance. We saw a few brown widows which is very dangerous. There were some thick spider webs as well. Other than that, rhe house was lovely.

We are Trevor and Ashley! Both of us were raised in California and we have lived in Oceanside for 8 years and simply fell love the relaxed vibe! So many great food spots and many, many breweries to choose from!

Location! In the heart of Oceanside, yet still tucked into a quiet neighborhood. We love the downtwon area, but equally love a quiet night in. Oceanside is centrally located with San Diego to the South and Orange County to the North. Though downtown Oceanside is becoming quite the "foodie" destination!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our Favorite spot is the green, garden-like backyard. Having a glass of wine in the evenings, or sipping morning coffee on the back patio furniture – nothing beats it!
