Urban Perfection! Modern Home, 2 Primary BRs, hot tub, boccee, game room, patio.

Fully furnished, recently constructed, beautiful 4BR/3.5BA home in the heart of Sunnyside with a large back patio, bocce ball court, full gym and game room (old school arcade console with 2,700 games, darts and pool table). It is a 5 to 10 min walk to all of the Sunnyside bars/restaurants and just a 5 min drive to either The Highlands or Tennyson area for additional local coffee shops, restaurants and cute shops.

The house is open concept and features modern finishes, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors, a great kitchen layout with 36" range with griddle and grand light fixtures. The dinning area hosts a dinning table with extra kitchen bar seating. The living room has plenty of seating with a comfortable sectional and leather chair. There is a flat screen TV that can also be viewed from the kitchen. Speakers located in most rooms that can be connected to individual smart phones via bluetooth.

There are two master bedrooms and two guest bedrooms. The first floor master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom that has a curbless shower with body sprays, rain head and hand wand. The second floor master has a very large soaking tub, custom shower and private deck. The two guest bedrooms have queen sized beds and have a separate bathroom just outside the rooms. Smart TVs located in both master bedrooms and one of the guest bedrooms.

Outside you will find a large patio with plenty of seating, TV, grill, fire pit and a boccee ball court. Guests will also have access to a gym with TV and a full set of workout options (e.g. cable machine, free weights, dumbbells').

Home Security/Cameras: the home and detached garage are equipped with an alarm, ring doorbell and exterior cameras ((1) in front SE corner of garage and (1) on NW corner of pergola). All cameras are scheduled to be turned off upon check in.

This is truly our dream house and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Awesome House and Location!!!

What a great house! Fully equipped with high-end appliances and finishes. Great kitchen, awesome bathrooms, comfortable beds. The yard, patio, hot tub, bbq, and game room are the icing on the cake, and the gym is one of the best home gyms I've seen. The house is the nicest one on the block, in a nice, quiet, safe neighboorhood. Loved walking my dog in Chaffee Park, which is just 1 block away. The Monkey Barrel bar/restaurant is right next to the park, just a short walk away, and was a great spot to meet up with friends. The house is also located just off the 2 major freeways in Denver, making it easy to get anywhere in town. Aaron is an excellent host! The Raritan is an awesome house in a great location! 10 out of 10 experience!!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE/GREAT LOCATION

We visited Denver from Miami with a group of friends to go see Britt Floyd at Red Rocks. The house was beautiful with a game room, gym, office and lot of entertainment. Great neighborhood, we walked to some nice restaurants. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Denver

Beautiful, well located house

We had trips planned to Boulder and to the mountains (including Red Rocks) and the location right off I-70, made all of our ventures easy to reach. The house is clean, very well decorated, comfortable, with a fun patio. Can't go wrong here if a regentrified neighborhood works for you.

Fantastic Home In Denver

We just finished a 4 night stay at this amazing home. Communication was perfect, the home was totally clean, and the home is exactly how described. It was stocked with any necessities we’d need. There are 2 master suites which helped a lot. The AC works fantastically, even with 90 degree temps outside. Ubers anywhere downtown or to Broncos Stadium were only 15 and always available. I highly recommend this home to get more space for your group visit to Denver.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Denver home. The house is so spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. It felt like our home away from home and wish we had stayed longer! Great location, walkable to park, coffee, restaurants and easy access to downtown. The game room and workout room were a nice bonus. Great communication and quick response. We’ll be back!

Family weekend

The property is beautiful and very clean. We had a great, very comfortable stay. Only "complaint" was how the heat was programmed...rooms could get very cold a few hours after increasing the heat and we would find the temperature would have reset to 62 and 64 degrees. We had to adjust it quite a bit. The gym was freezing cold and just didn't warm up quickly when we wanted to use it. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Very spacious home with terrific backyard!

Like staying at your own resort!

We stayed w our 2 adult sons and their girl friends for a long weekend. We had some excursions planned but mostly wanted to relax and hangout. This house was perfect for that! Lots of separate areas indoors and out to gather and plenty of activities we enjoyed without going anywhere else!! We walked to coffee in am, ate breakfast together in well-equipped kitchen, played bocce ball and pool, had happy hour on patio, board games and played cards on big dining room table. Great restaurants within walking distance. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Denver Retreat July 2024

We were a family of 6 adults attending a ball tournament in Denver in July 2024. The house was perfect for our group with two master king bedrooms each with its own ensuite and 2 queen bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. The bedrooms, in addition to air-conditioning, all had ceiling fans and the beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen appliances were top-notch...gas stove, frig with ice maker and a super quiet dishwasher. We also appreciated that there was an air fryer and crockpot for us to use. The check-in / out process was simple and easy and Aaron responded very quickly to any inquiries that we had.

Perfect for our family

The size of the house was perfect for our large family. It is walking distance to some of our favorite breakfast spots and two blocks to a beautiful park! We especially enjoyed the large kitchen and the game room. We would absolutely stay here again.

BOOK IT!

Stop looking around. If this is available, you should book it. Aaron’s house is safe, clean and welcoming. It’s also brand new and feels like it was built to be the perfect vacation home for Denver. I’ve lived all over Denver and had to put my sales colleagues up for a convention that was in town. Normally we just do hotels but this seemed like a decent house to host meetings and base our weekend plans from. The house is so nice. The meetings went great and the boss loved the setting. The neighborhood is classic Denver…Old houses everywhere with a few modern mini mansions sprinkled about. The location is great. There’s great food all around you and you’re less than 20 minutes from everything. Aaron is very good at communicating and makes you feel great about working with him. We will certainly be back!

Great girls trip weekend stay!

This house was the perfect location for our girls weekend (7 of us) in Denver. Aaron was a great communicator and has a really beautiful well-kept home. Walkable to a couple things and a short drive to anything else. The indoor and outdoor common spaces were perfect for relaxing and catching up!

This property was modern, clean and a terrific place for our friends to set up camp for a great week in Denver. Location was terrific to many of Denver's excellent restaurants and neighborhoods. Would stay here again in a second.

great place - great location

We really enjoyed staying at this property - it had a great open feel. We had 6 staying there, 4 adults & 2 kids, and we never felt crowded. The house was amazing & so well decorated - loved al the art work!! The property owner was easily accessible. And we really enjoyed the backyard. Would def stay here again & highly recommend!

Great new addition to VRBO

The owner was super helpful and accommodating. Property was recently renovated and the lay out was very convenient, especially with having two master bedrooms and one on the first floor for possible older guests. Would highly recommend!
