This place was fantastic! The owner was quick with responses to any questions I had and if you don’t feel like spending all of your time out and about this place is great to come back and hang out. Highly recommended!

Red Rocks Concert.

House was clean and had everything you would need. The location was only a 5-10 minute Uber ride from everything we did other than Red Rocks, but Red Rocks was only 20-30 minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

This place was great! however, there was a really fowl smell when we arrive I think is came from a drain. It took a couple hours but we did eventually get rid of it.

Work trip gone awesome

Me and a coworker had a corporate event at the Colorado Rockies baseball stadium and she found this place based on reviews. What a great place! Roomy, clean, and easy access to all the places. Would highly recommend. Host was extremely helpful and communicative.

We stayed for 5 days and it was a great downtown view. 1 min from the broncos stadium the game room doesn’t disappoint worth every penny and would recommend!

Absolutely Amazing

We can’t say enough about our stay! It was perfect. The house was amazing. Clean, plenty of things to do, and a great location. Forget coffee? He has some, forget your blow dryer? No worries, he had one. Crash down a flight of stairs riding the scooters around the block? Not to stress, he had an ice pack ready and waiting in the freezer! Plenty of dishes and things to cook with. Pets welcome and a perfect yard for them. He was so easy to get a hold of and so welcoming. 100/100 recommend! Will definitely stay again.

Very enjoyable

Had a family reunion/bachelorette party. The condo was well appointed, location convenient without having to stay in downtown Denver. We were expecting one more bunk bed and instead may have found a blow up mattress. We weren't interested in doing that much work and a couple slept on the floor. Still enjoyable and mostly used for a safe sleeping place.

Great place to stay to experience Denver

We booked this property for 8 so we could hang out with our friend who is getting married for the weekend. The property manager is extremely responsive, polite, and friendly. This property is amazing! It’s conveniently located close to many restaurants, bars and events, making it cheap to Uber back and forth to. The amenities were top notch and everyone loved it. My favorite part was the rooftop. At night you get. A beautiful view of the Denver skyline and broncos stadium. This place is a must for anyone wanting to have a fun trip to Denver!

Love the place

Girls Weekend for Concert, Great Area, very clean, loved the little bottles of all the area's you had been so cute. The only issue we had was the house behind us had a get together also, we woke up to trash tossed in our gated area that we picked not a big deal. Just thought you would like to know incase you know them. Will stay again, during football season since I come in from Tennessee and meet up with friends from the Springs. Thank you for your hospitality.

A home away from home. Very nice. Love people, and people walk right by the home so if you have the shades drawn, be ready to wave...LOL :) The views are my favorite off the roof top, while in the hot tub or catching some vitamin D. A nap on the second portch with the cool breeze was one most cherished as we worked hard at the conference in downtown Denver. A beautiful place to stay away from home and out of the city with Beautiful City Views. The home is well accommodated with all your needs. Such a blessing. Oh and dog lovers, everyone has a dog. So precious. To visit, the red amphitheater was a spectacular site and not too far out of town. All around, great stay, thank you Mike. Respectfully, Tim and Simone PHX, AZ.

Wonderful neighborhood and a great location in regards to the proximity to all forms of entertainment and eateries. The property itself was very well maintained and clean. The three levels may be a bother to some, but it is quickly forgotten when you keep in mind that there are multiple bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor, which also provides a sense of privacy (especially with the 2nd floor patio connected to the master bedroom) and accessibility, as well as entertainment areas on the first and third floor. The patio, pool table, grill, and hot tub, all located on the third floor, was our favorite spot to gather for any sort of mood. A one-stop shop for merriment. Mike, our host, was there to communicate and accomodate any questions or issues we encountered, and was very friendly. He made us feel extremely welcomed. I highly recommend him and this property to any and all.
