Hi there! We're a lifelong Idaho family: mom, dad, two grown kids, and one sweet grandkid—born and raised right here in the Gem State. Hospitality and hard work are in our DNA, and after several years of hosting, we’ve loved helping guests feel right at home.

As a family, we’re all about feeling at home even when we’re away from home. When we travel, we look for cozy beds (the big kind!), plenty of space to stretch out, soft sheets, lots of pillows, fluffy towels, quiet streets, and neighborhoods that feel safe and welcoming.

That’s exactly what we looked for when choosing this location, and what we kept in mind when designing the space. We created a place we would want to stay in, filled with the same comforts and conveniences we’d want for ourselves. We hope you’ll feel just as at home here as we do.

We love that The Hideout sits on a quiet cul-de-sac while still being just minutes from everything: Portneuf Wellness Complex, Mt. View Event Center, the fairgrounds, ISU, the hospital, and easy freeway access. It truly feels tucked away without being out of the way.

We’ve created a comfortable, one-level space with private fenced patios, a 2-car garage, and blazing-fast fiber internet that makes work and streaming effortless. For us, it’s the balance of cozy and convenient that makes it special.
