Beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bath pool home, recently renovated conveniently located near to Malls, Beaches and entertainment. Close to Lakewood ranch, siesta key beach, Ana Maria island , IMG academy, close to I- 75. At the Club House we have available community pool, tennis court, basketball court and playground.

Amazing experience

The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone. The highlight was definitely the private pool in the backyard—it was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Great family time

The house was well equipped and beautiful. Plenty of pots/pans, cooking utensils, towels etc. The showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The pool area had loungers, 6 pool towels and inner tubes for floating. We enjoyed some pool volleyball as well. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. I was not worried going on a walk by myself. We did not make it to the community pool - but we did see a basketball court, tennis courts and pickleball nets. We would happily stay here again in the future. The hosts were very responsive.

Beautiful warm and sunny place to end Michigan winter.

House has everything and neighborhood is quiet. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Really enjoyed our 2 week stay.

Return Visit

This was our second time staying at Kendry’s home. Plenty of room for our group. Listing/description is very accurate and has everything you could want as far kitchen accessories, towels etc. The heated pool and fire pit outback were both great. There is a nice playground within walking distance for the grandkids. Would definitely recommend the property!

Great house in a great location!

We were in Sarasota for the Youth Rowing Nationals at Nathan Benderson park. The house in conveniently located less than 15 min away (with multiple options of getting there). The house itself is lovely & clean. The kids loved having the pool and all the beds. Owner was very easy to communicate with & always promptly responded if we had any questions. I would stay here again!

Fun in Sarasota

We had a great week. The property is exactly as pictured/described. Clean, comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels etc. The heated pool was great for March in FL. It was cool enough in the evening to have s’mores by the fire pit. The property manager was very responsive. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Thanks for a great week.

Long Weekend Stay in Lovely Bradenton Home

Our stay at this lovely property in Bradenton was the perfect getaway. It was just 2 of us, but we definitely could have traveled with another couple with how the house is split and arranged. Nice heated pool and lanai. The landscaping and outdoor furniture could use some updating but perhaps that’s in the works. Hosts were responsive to a couple of questions we had during our stay. Home inside is updated with lots of tech-friendly lamps, outlets, and chargers. Bed in the master was extremely comfortable! Close to restaurants and grocery. We would definitely return!

Great location, clean house, heated pool!

The house was very clean and as pictured on the VRBO listing. Communication with the host was easy and was very responsive. The couches and tv in main area were comfy and tv on the lanai is an added bonus. We loved that pickleball was a few houses down. Loved the privacy of the pool area. Plenty of towels available! Great location near 70 where restaurants and Publix. Highly recommend.

Weekend Getaway

This home was perfect for our family to spread out during a soccer tournament weekend. Even though the weather was cool, the pool was warm and much enjoyed during our stay. The home itself was true to the description and the host was very responsive to our questions. It was also a great neighborhood and convenient location.

Layout was wonderful for extended family of 9. Kitchen very well stocked with everything we could need. Pool was a wonderful temp. and clean. Plenty of towels. Excellent waterfall showers. Host was quick to respond and friendly.

Great Christmas Getaway

We rented over Christmas and New Year and it was great. The community was conveniently located for us. So easy to get to AMI. The beds were some of the most comfortable of any rental we’ve ever rented. The house is well stocked with linens and kitchen cookware. The pool was great and heated so we swam everyday. Owner was always prompt with responses and accommodated each of our requests.

This is the BEST vacation property we have ever stayed in! This property goes above and beyond in meeting guest needs, well stocked for a great vacation. Thank you, Kendry for allowing our pets who also had a great time. I would highly recommend and plan to return again soon.

Clean Beautiful Home, Great for Family

Beautiful decorated and very clean home! Pool was heated which was nice for swim in the evening. Enjoyed a nice fire in the firepit a couple nights. Plenty of pool and beach towels. Great experience overall!

Beautiful home with great pool near coast!

Spacious & clean house. 3 bedrooms and an extra bed in the front living room. All the appliances you need for cooking. A great poolnto walk out to. Plenty of towels and linens. Loved this place! The only thing I messed was a binder or instructions for check out (what to do with sheets, etc).

Florida Sibling get away

The house was very clean, spacious, and met our needs. We enjoyed the warm pool, outdoor living space and privacy. It was close to shopping, grocery, and half hour to 45 minute driving distance to the beach depending on the traffic. We would return there again. We had a great week!
