Small outbuilding in a 15th century property, in the small town of Huillé, between Angers and La Flèche.
You will be located 10 minutes from the town of Durtal and all amenities.
La Flèche is 20 minutes away and Angers is 30 minutes away.

Access to the property is via the Impasse de la Mairie where you can park your vehicle in a private parking lot.
The cottage is located to the right of the large courtyard where a fountain sits in its center.

The owners of the place will welcome you to guide you and facilitate your installation.
If you If you arrive late, the keys will be available in a key box for which we will send you the code.

We can welcome you in four languages French, English, Korean and Chinese

The cottage has 1 floor. On the first floor you will find a kitchen which includes everything you need to cook and eat, a small fridge freezer, a microwave, a 2-burner hob, a coffee machine and a washing machine.
An arched opening allows you to access the living area which includes 2 armchairs, a storage unit, a coffee table and a sofa bed which offers 2 independent beds for 2 people, each bed measuring 90 cm x 190 cm. There is also in the living room the heating stove which heats the entire cottage.
A staircase gives access to the first floor where you will find the bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A hairdryer is at your disposal. The bathroom also has a towel radiator.
Further upstairs you will find the master bedroom equipped with a 140 cm x 190 cm double bed as well as a large dresser that will allow you to store your belongings as well as a wardrobe.

Outside in the courtyard, you benefit from a table with chairs for outdoor dining.

A wifi internet connection is available throughout the property.
Heating is included in the rental price as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
