This lovingly updated condo is a great choice for your Breck getaway: It’s less than a five-minute stroll to the Quicksilver lift and ski school on Peak 9 and just a bit further to the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Guests also have access to seasonal heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. You’ll love this place!

Timbernest Summit Escape is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom premium condo that’s perfect for small families or groups of up to four people. The living area features a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, along with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. Step out onto the deck to be surrounded by pines and take in the mountain air. The gorgeous, remodeled kitchen features quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, a coffee bar with a coffee maker plus espresso and Keurig options, a backsplash with hand-made Moroccan zellige tile, and a cozy dining area with a marble dining table and seating for six.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to central laundry facilities on the premises, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location!! Close to town and to the lifts. shower handle and towel rack were both loose upon arrival. And the bathroom was tiny. Wish they would have had pool towels for the hot tub. Coffee for the coffee maker would have also been a fabulous bonus! However, overall it was a great experience and stay. Would book again.

Cozy Little Spot

Highly recommend this cozy condo for your getaway. It’s conveniently located by the Quicksilver lift, hot tubs and Main Street. The bathroom is small but the decor & fireplace make up for it.

Unfortunately a good time has to come to an end.

We had a fantastic time here. The property manager made sure to stay in touch very communicative throughout our stay, the rental is small, restroom is a tight squeeze but overall great vibe that kept the atmosphere enjoyable and fun! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Breckenridge!

Amazing!

Property was very clean and updated. We loved it. Saw a moose and fox less than 15 yards from the back patio. Easy little hiking trails near by and you can walk to downtown very easily. We loved it and will definitely be coming back!!!

First time Breckers!

Great place to relax and enjoy all that Breckenridge has to offer. Cozy, quiet and close enough to walk to Main St. And all it has to offer. Communication with Rachel was excellent! Unit was clean and felt like being at home. Very nice place. I took off one star for the shower/toilet layout. Not a lot of options to change it up I’d guess but not easy to maneuver in. One constructive suggestion: bumping the kleenex and toilet paper quality up a notch would be a good addition. We had brought some of our own so that helped. Wouldn’t have to be highest quality as I realize the cost aspect but just a little would be great! Hiking, biking and so much beauty in Breckenridge. Always something to do! Really enjoyed our stay!!

The location is perfect with a very easy, quick walk to main street. Parking was also easy. The kitchen is nice and seemed well equipped, though we weren't really there long enough to do much cooking. We can in the summer so didn't really use the storage closet outside for any gear, but seemed very convenient for other seasons. We would definitely stay again!

I will definitely rent from them again! The description of Summit Escape condo was extremely accurate and was as pictured. It was very clean and obviously well maintained. I was thankful that we did not have to go to the office to get a key; big cheers for lock box entry. The kitchen is well stocked and well labelled. My favorite was the coffee station with at least six ways to make your morning brew. As mentioned in other reviews, the height of the table is a little odd as it is higher than normal. We found sitting on a decorative pillow put us at just the right height. I loved the mattress and found it comfortable. The bathroom is a bit tight and would benefit from a pocket door, but the shower was lovely and everything has been redone recently. The pool and hot tubs are wonderful and e trembly close. This condo is well located along the free shuttle route or a quick walk into town via the cute trails. There’s also a close trail entry to the riverside trail, which makes a beautiful walk. I would recommend this rental company and unit to anyone.
