Beaver Run. Ski-In Ski-Out. Unbeatable Amenities.

Beaver Run is one of the most sought-after destinations here in Breckenridge. It's located at the base of Peak 9. The Beaver Run SuperChair is right behind the building. After a day full of activities, relax in the heated pool and hot tub or enjoy some of the best amenities in town. The historic Main Street, with great restaurants and little shops, is just about four blocks away, but if you don't feel like walking, just take our free private shuttle.

You will be staying in a spacious, modern condo with a balcony - you can see skiers going down the slopes, a lift, and Baldy Mountain in the background. There is a full kitchen, a nice dining table, large TV with live channels, and a wood-burning fireplace. In the bedroom, there are two queen beds and a wall-mounted TV. The bathroom features a bathtub-shower combo.

On-site amenities include two heated pools, eight hot tubs, sauna, steam room, pool table, grills, tennis court, fitness center, full service spa, slope side ski lockers, arcades, business center, and free shuttle service.

There is no need for a car, but if you are planning to drive, paid parking for one car is available. It's an additional fee you would pay directly to Beaver Run during check-in. Please check with the front desk for the current rates.

The crackling wood burning fireplace can be one of the highlights of your stay.

Daily service is not provided.

This condo was the perfect home base for a father/son snowboarding trip. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the chairlift—so my 16‑year‑old could head out for a few runs on his own and easily pop back into the room whenever he wanted. The unit was comfortable, convenient, and made our days on the mountain incredibly simple.Our host, Daniel, was fantastic to work with and made everything easy from check‑in to checkout. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to make great family memories in Breckenridge.

Place was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent, beaver run ski lift was right downstairs. Ski lockers are on your way to the ski lift and the locker was one of the first ones when you get in. Lots of hot tubs in this building right downstairs. Shuttle buses to Main Street are right downstairs. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and had a perfect view of the torch show and fireworks from the balcony. Host was great and responsive. Would stay here again.

Excellent condo. Very clean and had everything we needed during our 4 night stay. Location was great as it was right next to the ski lift and the included ski storage locker was a plus. Also, easy walk to Main Street. Would stay here again if I get back to Breckenridge.

Great family vacation

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Daniel made everything very easy and stress free. The amenities at Beaver Run were perfect for the kids. Could not have had an easier ski in/ski out place. It made it so easy and fun to spend all day on the mountain.

Great location

We had a great time staying at this property with our family. Beaver run has so many amenities, food, hot tubs, pools, arcade, and just steps from the slopes. We had a great time staying here and can’t wait to come back next winter. The host, Daniel, took care of everything and was readily available for any questions.

Great escape in Breck!

Excellent location and the layout.

Really enjoyed staying here with my son. The host made sure everything went smoothly and the condo had everything that we needed. The location of the unit makes it easy to get to the slope, restaurant, and hot tubs. I would certainly go back again.

Great Condo!

I was just in town for a quick ski weekend. The condo was perfect and couldn’t be closer to the lift. Had everything I needed and town was a quick walk down the hill. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

This condo is very nicely updated, very clean, and had everything that we needed. Extras included were shampoo and all bathroom necessities, which is very helpful! This is our second time staying at the Beaver Run, staff is always nice and helpful. Shuttle to town is also a benefit. We loved staying here!

Great end of summer long weekend

Stayed 3 nights over the Labor Day weekend with wife and 2 young kids. Really enjoyed the location and convenience of pools, hot tubs, arcade and hiking. Free shuttle was also very nice to get to Main Street, especially when kids were tired. Was a great way to end the summer with a little family trip!

Ski get away at Breck

This is a great location. It was myself and my two sons. Close to everything and just a few minutes walk to the Beaver Run ski lift. Daniel was very responsive. The place is super clean, beds comfortable and unlimited firewood just a phone call away. I recommend staying here.

We loved our stay. The unit is great and stocked with everything you need. It was wonderful being able to walk downstairs and get on the slopes. The one request we had for a light bulb was responded to within minutes and taken care of quickly. We were very happy!

Fantastic Rental!

This rental property was a great find on VRBO. Daniel was very accessible and made sure everything was as advertised. You can't beat the location, and the unit was in perfect condition. The building is a typical older structure in Breckenridge, but the unit has been updated with new furnishings, and even had a Christmas tree. I recommend this property and would stay there again.

Excellent ski in ski out!!!

We had such a great visit here! Clean. Cozy. Easy access to ski lockers and ski lifts from resort. Shuttle service was readily available from the condo to Main st shops and restaurants. Kid friendly amenities pool/ hot tub/ game area. We received great communication from the host with quick responses from host! We would definitely recommend and return!

Comfortable and Cozy

This condo was clean, well laid-out, and overall a nice place to stay. The beds were really comfortable! The kitchen is big and well-stocked. It is close to the pool and hot tubs and the balcony has a lovely view. We stayed during a weekend with a lot of events happening, so we could hear the band playing while that was going on, but apart from that the condo was very quiet at night and into the morning. I would stay here again in the future.

Great Property!

I have visited Breckenridge many times and stayed at Beaver Run Resort so am familiar with the property as well as the variety of rooms on the property. This VRBO rental was one of my favorites. It was cute, clean and stocked with all the necessities. The owner was communicative and responsive, letting me check-in early for no extra charge. It is centrally located (away from the elevator and ice machine) but close enough to navigate easily. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10.

Better than advertised!

I stayed at Beaver Run in 1983 and again this year (2023). The facilities have been kept in great condition. The unit had been recently remodeled and was actually better than when it was new in the 80’s. The view of the slopes is better than pictured in the VRBO ad. Truly a ski in ski out condo with the ski storage right on the slope in the bottom of the condo building. I will definitely stay hear again. I bought and left an Instapot. So add that amenity to the long list.
