Just two blocks from Mass Street and the KU campus, you’ll be in the heart of the action while still enjoying your own private retreat. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, there’s plenty of space for friends, family, or a weekend getaway packed with fun.

Your Home Base for Adventure:
The apartment is clean, stylish, and ready for you to make it your own. Lounge in the spacious living room with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV, or whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen—stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the essentials are included. Both bedrooms are cozy and bright, with ample storage, while the modern bathroom features a shower/tub combo and plenty of fluffy towels.

Great location and the place was amazingly clean. Easy walk to downtown and while there is noise, it is much better than staying directly downtown. The only change that would make this place more perfect is a chest of drawers in the bedrooms (even a small bedside size would be great) as there is limited storage for non-hanging clothing. Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location—easy walk to campus, Mass Street, and the football game! The bed was comfortable, parking was easy, and the space was clean. I tried to book again for January but was disappointed to see there’s a three-night minimum.

We had an awesome stay and the location was perfect while visiting KU! We loved the outside common area. It was perfect to sit outside and visit rather than being inside. Check in and check out were very easy. We will definitely be back when we visit our kids again. Thank you!

Nice place Quiet and comfortable. Easy access to KU . We had an issue with the AC which happened late Sunday evening. No one could come out to fix it, but the next day it was fixed and worked great the rest of our stay ! Overall very nice place and we enjoyed our stay !
