Very nice house and accommodations. Pool area landscaping needs some attention but we loved the pool and hot tub. Overall we had a great stay!

This property was amazing! Very clean and well thought out. 2 minute drive to the beach. They thought of everything you will ever need while being on vacation. That made it very stress free stay. We will definitely be staying again.

Great location and property

Exactly as described. Great location, very clean, and perfect for our family of five. Everything you need is there to start your vacation right away. We overpacked and brought things we didn’t need based on other stays. Already booked next trip back to stay at this same property.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had ants and flying bugs crawling all over the shower. We even had one (1) cockroach crawling in the shower! It made us think about whether we wanted to stay in the VRBO but we went ahead and stayed. Just took a shower in the master BR. The pool was nice. The kitchen didn't have all of the things we needed to cook but it had most of them. All in all, it was a very nice vacation in spite of the fact that Allegiant Airlines made us a day late! But the rental agency did go ahead and make us a later time to get out of there on the last day....

This house was excellent for our stay. We had 3 adults, 2 teenagers and one under 6. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach and pool. Will stay again!

Excellent location/Great Pool

This house served the purpose, but it definitely lacked many things. Had I known it was run by a realty group when I booked through VRBO, I would not have booked it. Private owners just care more about their property. This house was clean and the location and pool were great. However, everything was the absolute bare minimum and cheap. The bunk bed bedroom literally only had bunk beds and nothing else. The towels and washcloths were thin and cheap. There were two broken towel hangers when we arrived. No big deal, but the cleaning crew just left them laying on the sink. Just not a great look. The biggest negative for us was the kitchen. This house is listed as sleeping 6, so there should be at least 6 plates, but honestly should be double that so you don’t have to wash everything every time you use it. Absolutely everything in the kitchen was old, cheap, and mismatched. We had to go buy certain utensils and pans just to cook basic meals. Many of the drawers don’t even open because the trim is placed so haphazardly. The location is great and the pool is nice. However, they did the bare minimum out there, too. There’s not an outdoor table, only cheap chairs against the wall. That’s fine. It worked, but for the price we paid for this house, all of these things should have been much better. Again, the house served its purpose, but it should’ve been half the price for the effort they put into it.

Great Stay

Clean house in good location. If you want to spend the day at the beach, they have a good supply of beach supplies, so you don't have to bring them yourself. The pool is great, and the backyard is quiet and well protected for privacy. Kitchen is well stocked with the essentials and there is a Publix nearby.

Winter Getaway

This home is located just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach at Treasure Island. We did have an issue with the pool that was eventually resolved to our satisfaction. Would recommend this home for a relaxing getaway.

We had a problem with locking the door, as the code would only work off and on. We were able to access a key with the help of NextHome. I would have liked to have had more shampoo and conditioner, and a few dishwasher pellets to start out. The space was very accommodating.

No heat, AC, or pool heat, lots of ants

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our reservation was initially cancelled due to the management company telling us to book direct rather than through AirBNB, so when we cancelled our Airbnb reservation and re booked through them, they cancelled our reservation entirely “by mistake” and then when they tried to re book for us, they already gave our dates away to another reservation (we had this stay booked for over a month before they mistakenly cancelled our reservation). We had to change dates/flights/reservations and travel and was compensated by a 10% discount when our new dates were off season and no bookings in sight on either end for what we were forced to choose because they refused to fix their mistake. For the stay itself, we had issues daily, no heat for the pool, no heat for the hot tub, no safety fence for the pool (listed and pictured, we have 2 small kids) so many ants in the kitchen that we had to dispose of food. The location was perfect, but did not outweigh the issues with the management company and property issues. I will say I appreciated Ed, who did his best to remedy all of the issues daily, and it felt awful that he was the one burdened with all of the constant issues of the property. Overall would not recommend due to absurd amount of property inconsistency’s and the horrific customer service from the management company. The initial mishandling of their “reservation mistake” should have been warning enough.

The landscaping around the pool was like a tropical paradise. Although in a neighborhood, the house feels very private. The beach was a 5-10 minute walk away, and several restaurants/beach bars a bit further. The neighborhood was lovely to walk through and people were very friendly. We will definitely return to this spot in the future. Highly recommended!

Ideal Beach Vacation Home!!

This property was as advertised and perfect for our family. A 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. And the pool was great for relaxing before and after the beach. The house was clean and quiet. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Exceptional property!

The house was perfect for her family with the pool and hot tub perfect for lounging around all day. The beach is a short walk away (5-10 mins) with beach chairs, coolers and wagons provided. The rental agent was very helpful when we had questions or issues. Treasure Island has a number of restaurant options - try Middle Grounds for a nice dinner. Publix is close by as is Walgreens. Our family ranged from 3 1/2 years old to 84; everyone had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

A great family stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Treasure Island. The home is accurately shown in the VRBO listing. We loved having a pool and hot tub right out the back door while also within walking distance of the beach. Many good restaurants and shopping were a short walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We also enjoyed riding our bikes (we brought them with us) around the island. The home is completely updated - each room has separate air conditioning units for those with different heat tolerance. During our month long stay, the rental management co was very courteous and helpful. This is our second year on Treasure Island - we’ve already signed up to be back next year!
