Walk right out of your condo onto the spacious covered lanai just feet away from the beautiful Keauhou golf course with an ocean view across the course, you will never want to leave!
Roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bath (end unit)condo with parking nearby, and no stairs. Located at the southern end of Country Club Villas, it's a very private and quiet setting for your Hawaii vacation. Lots of windows and sliders let in the light as well as letting the breeze come through the condo.

The master bedroom also opens up to the lanai, and has a king bed and private bath with large shower. The guest room has a queen bed and is adjacent to the full bath with a full size washer & dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped with most everything you might need in the way of small appliances such as coffee maker, blender, toaster etc.
A large, open living area includes dining table with seating for 6, TV and comfortable living room furnishings. All linens, including beach towels, are included. There is a window AC unit in the living room only.
Guests for Week of Aug 12th must park in a visitor space due to exterior construction.
Country Club Villas has 3 pools, hot tubs and 2 tennis courts. One of the pools is just a short walk from your condo.
***Temporary Walkway is in place in the unit above ours due to exterior work is in place until construction commences in November*** There will be ongoing exterior work at Country Club Villas through November.
Your property manager is located in Kona town, about 5 miles away. For shopping, you also have the Keauhou Shopping Center with grocery store, Paradise Found ladies clothing store, Long's Drug, several places to eat, gas station, Kalona Beauty Salon, a "Spin Gym", 2 or 3 nice art galleries, and a bookstore. There are many other shopping and dining options in Kona Town, of course.
