#239 is a bridge unit, so you don’t have to manage stairs. Walk right into your lodgings from your free assigned/dedicated parking space. Access is with an electronic lock for easy self check-in.
**BRAND NEW UNIT** complete remodel was completed in October of 2024.
ALL Finishes are 100% NEW including flooring. No Carpet.
** KING BEDS in both bedrooms with mattress toppers and high quality linens. Air conditioners and ceiling fans in both bedrooms as well. The Master bedroom has an attached full bath with walk in shower. Guest bath has a walk in shower as well.
**Both bedrooms have black out curtains so you can sleep in or take a nap before cocktails!
**The kitchen features brand-new full-size appliances and all your cooking and dining essentials. You can dine inside or on the lanai.
**There is a Full-size washer and dryer in the unit
**Dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs with a fan above.
** Living Room Seating includes a large couch and a comfy recliner if you want to relax inside or watch TV on the Flat Screen.
**The lanai has two chaise loungers as well as a high top table and 4 chairs for even better views. Grill is provided in common areas if you prefer to cook outside.
**High speed internet is included. We provide for upgraded speed so everyone can stream or work without issues.

The entire condo is light, bright, and spectacular inside. Lanai views provide backdrop for enjoyable cocktails or your morning coffee.
