Traiga su barco a nuestra casa del río y disfrute del hermoso río St Johns.

Recién actualizado (2018) Casa frente al mar de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, aproximadamente 1500 pies cuadrados, muy abierta y espaciosa, con una fachada de río de aproximadamente 150 pies ubicada en el hermoso río St Johns. La casa tiene 2 porches cubiertos, uno ubicado al lado del río con increíbles amaneceres y hermosas vistas al río. Disfruta viendo mucha vida salvaje como pavos salvajes, caimanes, manatíes, águilas, halcones, búhos, tortugas, pájaros. También disfrute viendo a los colibríes alimentándose de nuestro comedero para colibríes. House está totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario para que su estadía sea increíble. Disfrute de su propio muelle privado con una estación de limpieza para limpiar sus capturas. Mucho espacio para estacionar sus botes y remolques. La casa tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente y hay espacio para colchones de aire (no se proporcionan colchones de aire). (10 ocupación máxima). Una rampa para botes está a menos de 1/2 milla de la casa, la rampa para botes más grande está a solo 15 minutos en Crystal Cove Marina.
Venga a disfrutar de una taza de café mientras observa los increíbles amaneceres y disfrute de la pesca, la pesca de camarones (la mejor época del año es agosto - septiembre) Paseos en bote y todo tipo de deportes acuáticos o simplemente relajarse.
Si no tiene un bote para pescar, disfrute de la pesca en nuestro muelle privado mientras pesca Bass (rayado, bass de boca grande, bass negro), Bream (branquia azul, perca moteada, galleta de concha) Bagre, salmonete, lenguado. Puede colocar una trampa para cangrejos en el muelle y hacer que hierva con su captura.
Ofrecemos tarifas por noche con tarifas semanales y mensuales con descuento.
Se admiten mascotas con la aprobación de los propietarios. El propietario debe aprobar antes de reservar. (No se admiten razas agresivas). Las mascotas deben estar con correa. $ 50. 00 tarifa por mascota.
Tenemos varios festivales diferentes durante todo el año, como el Festival Bluegrass (febrero), el Festival Azalea (marzo), el Festival de mariscos en San Agustín (marzo), el Festival de arándanos (abril), el Festival del cangrejo azul (mayo). Tournament Stay

Nice well-kept older house with old Florida charm. Perfect for fishing tournament stay. Good location and easy drive to Palatka city docks with plenty of room for 2 boats and trucks. Can also tie up boats to property dock.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful few days! We enjoyed time fishing on the dock and paddling in the kayaks. In Palatka we visited Pizza Boyz and Angels Diner, both were great! The house was comfy and we felt at home. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We hope to be back soon!

Peace and Quiet

If you’re looking for an off the beaten path, non touristy place to relax then this is the place for you! Charming, rustic, and right on the river. We loved sitting on the deck to watch beautiful river sunrises.

Relax and enjoy the river view

Was very pleased with property. It had TV's in every room plus one on the back porch which was screened in. That was my favorite spot for cocktails and enjoying view of river.

Amazing

We had a wedding reception at a nearby venue and this was the perfect place to be close by. The house is spacious with a vintage feel and the view on the river is stunning. We will definitely be back to enjoy this hidden gem!! Thank you so much for a great visit and hospitality!!

Family of the bride retreat

We chose this house because it was minutes away from the venue where our daughter got married. The house is amazing, large yard, on the St John’s River. Spacious kitchen and living room. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. Oversized covered patio perfect for drinking your morning coffee while you watch the sunrise over the river.

Yearly Get Away

This property was even better than the pictures could show. Awesome place that we are considering coming to on a yearly basis. They had everything you need and asking myself why did I bring that. Beautiful views of the river and gorgeous home inside and out. And the owners are very accommodating! Thanks for a wonderful stay Vicky and to your brother in law Buddy who was a pleasure to meet and talk to and learn about the area.

So beautiful and relaxing

Loved staying on the river. The house had everything we needed. Working with Vicky was so easy in the rental process and any questions we came up with. Everything was perfect. Neighbors were great, and very helpful. The sunrises are amazing and different day to day. Evenings on the dock are the perfect time to relax. It reminded me of my childhood days at the cottage, such good memories. New memories were created on the St Johns River.

Beautiful Property

My husband and I came up for the weekend for our 22nd anniversary with our little dog. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law joined us the next day. It was beautiful, peaceful & quiet. Everything that we could have needed was right there. And to still be able to watch a comedy movie on Netflix was awesome! All the comforts of home... away from home. It was just so relaxing! We feel in love with this place.

Group had a great time. Comfortable, clean and stocked with all the amenities you could ask for. Fish did not bite, and the yard was a little wet. Maybe the owner might no someone to talk to about that. HA HA!

Relaxing Quiet Charm

This is an excellent property for those looking for a moment of peaceful solitude or an outdoor family river adventure. We did both! Nothing is better than enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the river. Follow that with a little fishing off the dock or maybe a kayak/pontoon boat ride around the river. The kitchen was modern and able to provide a New Years Eve meal for 20 guests! With the celebration of the new year complete and our guests gone, we retired to comfortable bedrooms for a great night's sleep. We loved the homes rustic charm mixing the old of a fishing cottage with all the modern conveniences anyone could want. We watched football on several big screen TVs around the house or just sat on the covered porch and watched the river go by. Vicky is very prompt at responding to any questions we had and has provided everything you need with a few extras.

Absolutely best place we have stayed.

We stayed the month of January. We loved our visits with Buddy and Sherrell, they were s wealth of information and great conversationalists. Vicki was very helpful prior to our visit with a phone call she gave me all the information I needed. The beautiful sunsets and sunrises were spectacular. Everyday we could sit outside on the open porch with a black stone grill. if it was too cold they have a huge sliding door to see the beautiful river. Everything was clean and had every utensil to make any kind of meal. We played corn hole with standard size boards. It kept us busy when we were done relaxing. The fire pit was a bonus, for us just such a calming time at the end of the day. We visited Ravine Park numerous times for it serene beauty and walking area. The restaurant Porky’s Bell restaurant is a must to do, Porky’s Bell has outdoor dining and wonderful food. It gets very busy but not a long wait due to its enormity. We would definitely do this home again. I almost felt like I was visiting family and didn’t want to leave.

Picturesque morning dawn on the river -Great family feel

We stayed for Christmas during a visit with extended family. The home has a generational family home feel that added to our vacation. The morning dawn (sunrise) over the river gave us the best pictures-post card worthy! While this was the coldest Christmas in years, we still enjoyed the outdoors, sitting on the dock during sunset allowed the teens to get Instagram and Tic Tok posts they were thrilled with! Home was stocked well for cooking large family meals, clean and everything you needed for an extended stay.

The Stanley Family River House was Est. in 1955 by our grandparents and has been handed down through 3 generations and now is in the care of the 3 Grand Daughters. We have done a big renovation with many updates while leaving as much of the old characteristics as possible and we would like to share our beautiful family home with our guest.

Our family home has been handed down for 3 generations starting with our Grandparents then our parents and now the 3 granddaughters and will continue to be handed down for many years to come. We love our family home because it is nestled along the beautiful banks of the St Johns River where we enjoy family get to gathers, boating, fishing and shrimping.

Our family home is located in a safe and beautiful environment. We love sitting on our covered porch drinking our morning coffee while watching the beautiful sunrises and spending our evenings grilling with the beautiful river scenery and family conversation.
