Sea La Vie Beach Home located on 30As best PUBLIC beach, Inlet Beach

Step inside our beautiful 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home featuring hardwood flooring throughout; quartz countertops in the kitchen and the bathrooms. There is a king master bedroom with en suite bathroom on the main level with a second king master bedroom with en suite bathroom upstairs. Also located upstairs is a double queen bunk room, a queen coral room, and a queen sofa sleeper that share a full bath. We just added a full size bed in the Queen bunk room to now sleep up to 14. The designer kitchen features a gas cooktop, glass tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. An open floor plan on the main level is great for entertaining complete with wine cooler. The main floor also has a 1/2 bath, dining room, & utility room with Samsung stackable washer/dryer. The upstairs living area is a perfect place to retreat and watch a movie or play games with the family. The large, covered porch in the back of the home has ample space for outdoor entertaining while grilling on the gas grill in the fenced-in private backyard. There are 7 smart televisions all with WOW cable 150+ channels. We have free unlimited high speed internet (1gbps). We furnish for use 1 children and 5-6 teen/adult bicycles/bike locks, bike helmets, 4 beach chairs, & a couple of umbrellas. If you are interested in renting our fully loaded 6-seater Polaris Gem Car with blue tooth capabilities and utility bed please contact host prior to your stay. We provide a highchair, pack-n-play/sheet, and children's dishes/utensils for families traveling with little ones. The community pool is located .3 mi. from Sea La Vie and open to guests with code from 8AM-10PM and has a private dock that overlooks Lake Powell. Grande Pointe is minutes away from 30A, Camp Helen State Park, shopping, restaurants, and the beach! Inlet Beach is located across 98 on South Orange St less than a mile from Seal La Vie and it is a beautiful beach and one of the few public beaches left with so many on 30A going to “private” beaches. There is a beach service set up daily on the beach and lifeguards on duty. Bathrooms and outside shower also available at our beautiful beach. Boardwalks will take you from parking area straight onto our beach.
Panama City Beach is about 10 minutes east of Sea La Vie. Then you can hope right onto 30A at intersection at 30 Avenue Shopping and visit all the 30A Beaches on the strip. We enjoy visiting The Hub which is in Watersound and 5.8 miles from Sea La Vie and we enjoy riding on the Gem Car. The Hub is a cool outdoor shopping and dining location with different entertainment available throughout the season.

Sea La Vie - Inlet Beach Perfection

Cozy...Roomy...Up to date amenities! It offers two levels of living rooms and 3 awesome bedrooms upstairs and a master on the main floor. TV's and technology in every room! Kitchen and Dining areas are great! Will come back for more!

Beautiful Spacious House with an AMAZING Host!

Every Memorial Day weekend, three families travel to a new location to kick off the summer. There are 14 of us, 6 adults and 8 kids/teenagers. Sea La Vie accommodated all of us which isn't easy to do! The place was beautiful inside and out. The pool was lovely. The beach was gorgeous. But most of all, the host, Shea, was so wonderful to work with! We encountered a slight issue with the AC and she jumped right on it to ensure our families had a wonderful visit. Our experience was top notch and we would absolutely stay here again.

Shea is the host manager-lies

We were told we could bring our golf cart-our trailer was then towed because HOA does not allow trailers..shea said she didn’t know this. It’s her job to know this! There was an event in the overflow area and had I not seen the sign we would have never known because they didn’t inform us. Shea told me to leave a note and I did. No other cars that were left there were towed. Only the trailer. I’m only posting here because they will not reimburse me for the towing. I didn’t ask to be reimbursed for the broken tv, lights not working, filthy ceiling fans, not being notified of the construction going on next door starting at 7am. Waking everyone up! What kind of vacation is this?

Great place for families

We had a 3 families stay, 2 families with small children, and this home fit our needs wonderfully. Each family had an ample amount of space in the home. The pool was very large and warm, and the beach was not too far. The pool and beach location from the home were not really within walking distance with our little ones, so we had to drive. The home itself was beautiful, but it is not really stocked with anything, i.e., soap, detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods, or even beach towels, so you will need to go shopping for those items, or be sure to bring those things with you. The pool floats were nice to have, as well as the beach chairs; however, the unit didn't come with a beach umbrella, so we had to rent one on the beach, which was $25. It would've been much more convenient to have one available with the rented unit. There were bicycles available for use; however, the Gem car (which we did not rent) was parked in the garage, making access to the bicycles very difficult to get down from the ceiling, so we didn't use them. The house itself was overall clean, but one of the beds had a lot of sand under the sheets/covers, and so we had to strip that bed and wash them before we could use that bed. We didn't use the highchair because there was a lot of residual food leftover on it, and it appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Overall, the unit was very nice, and worked perfectly for our family. We enjoyed our stay!

We are a mom, daughter, & son team from West and Middle Tennessee. We love TN and the Great Smoky Mountains in east Tennessee, but we love 30A beaches. We enjoy hosting and working to be the best we can be, which includes offering our guests an awesome experience while staying at our home away from home. We want you to have all the comforts of home when staying with us. Pat (mom) is retired, Brian is from Nashville and has an irrigation and low voltage lighting business, and Shea wholesales gas and diesel fuel from north west TN. We are VOLS fans of course. We enjoy traveling and spending time with family during our free time.

We bought this property because we love this area and its history. Inlet Beach was once known as "soldiers beach" because this land was once offered to veterans returning from WWII thru a unique lottery system. Lake Powell is Florida's largest coastal dune lake making it a popular place for paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. Camp Helen State Park is right next to Grande Pointe and dates back to the 1920s. While you are here stroll east along the beach until you find the remains of the old pier. She may not still attract hungry fisherman, but she still has the charisma to lure in the insta grammars and country music stars searching for the picture perfect backdrop. The emerald coast offers many beautiful beaches, but we believe 30A beaches are the most beautiful. Our home is located in a quaint, quiet & breezy subdivision less than a mile from Inlet Beach Public Access. Everything you could possibly need or want can be found here or nearby Grayton, Seaside, Rosemary, Watercolor, PCB & Destin.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the open concept main floor of our home and the subdivision is great with a large beautiful community pool including lounge chairs open from 8AM-10PM daily with a private dock to Lake Powell. We love sitting on the breezy back porch while watching a movie, grilling, and playing corn hole. We are less than a mile to the beach and shopping at 30Avenue and 9 miles to shopping at Pier Park. We have a Publix grocery store 2 miles from our home. One of our favorite dives is right across from the 30Avenue shops at the corner of 98 & 30A, Shade's Bar and Grill, has excellent service and delicious food with indoor and outdoor dining. There is also a doughnut shop, coffee house, sushi and an urgent care less than a mile from our home. We hope you enjoy and please if you have any feedback to offer after staying with us we would love to hear how we can make our home the best it can be and hope you will join us again!!
