Awesome Place snd ocean view!

Stayed here for New Years week. Great beach condo with an ocean view and very close easy access to the beach. Next door to Rosemary and Shades restaurant which I love the food in this area and it's super close to everything. Condo is very clean and everything worked as it should, fully stocked kitchen and a nice layout. Having a carport makes parking easy and can fit 2 cars. Great experience thank you!!

Fantastic location! This property was perfect to access the beach, grocery stores and restaurants on 98. We loved the view from the decks and easy walk to the beach. The covered parking and outdoor hose/shower made for easy storage and cleanup of beach gear. The townhouse is a bit older, but nicely updated and comfortable. We had two maintenance issues that were handled easily. The management company was responsive and helpful.

What a Gem

Loved our time here. Great proximity to the beach and the townhouse was perfect for our needs. My husband and I brought out 2 adult children, 19 and 21. We rode bikes to rosemary for coffee every morning. Loved the sushi from Shaka and pizza fromghost Crab. The beaches are perfect here. We wanted something less crowded and this was great!

Wonderful Vacation!

Really cool beach Condo with great view of the beach and ocean and only a couple steps out the front door and I was on the beach! Water was amazing and clear. Great food…will definitely be back to this location in near future. Thank you Paradise properties!

Poor

We really enjoyed our stay! The management was very helpful with booking and our early arrival. The townhouse was clean and very comfortable. A few things are in need of repair and maybe needs a few more kitchen utensils but a really a great place to stay. We loved the location and so close to beach! We also really enjoyed the neighboring guests as well! Definitely will recommend this to our friends and family.

Still haven't paid me back for water leak ruined my daughter's laptop

Still owe money for my daughter's laptop. Maintenance out twice, plumber out twice. I have been more than patient and given plenty of opportunity to do the right thing, still haven't. Toilet leaking over dining table, onto my daughter's laptop.

Great Location

Overall, love the place and location. We've stayed in two other units beside it before that were a little nicer and more updated, but no big deal. Two small negatives: 1. The smoke detector goes off whenever you cook anything, and I mean anything. 2. The guest bath upstairs has a pretty leaky faucet and the drain seems to be stopped up too, so it is constantly filling with water and cannot drain the dirty water, which got kind of gross. Other than that, great place. Would stay there again.

Beautiful townhouse in a nice area!

If you want a quiet, relaxing place to stay, this is it! Just the right distance from busier areas and amenities. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. The beach is a public access beach, but is was never crowded. The townhouse is furnished nicely, and included needed appliances. Rental agency checked on our stay to make sure everything was going good. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Quiet Location

Awesome location, quiet and relaxing spot, fully stocked kitchen, and even a few beach items in the closet. Clean and well decorated. There is one AC unit for this townhome with one thermostat downstairs. Each afternoon the upstairs would be very hot which made coming back to take a break a little uncomfortable. The unit would catch up after the sun went down. Laundry access is outside in the parking area so I would recommend bringing a basket to take items back and forth. Property management was responsive and very helpful with recommendations and requests. Thanks!

Great Beach and Location

The location of the condo can't be beat you are only a couple of minutes from sitting on the beach. The unit is spacious on the main floor and the bedrooms are some what small along with the bathrooms. The unit was clean and the kitchen had all the pots, pans and appliances that you need to cook almost anything you want. We also enjoyed and used the gas grill a lot. However there was only one dish towel and no pot holders!! The washer and dryer were very nice and much appreciated. In addition, the unit had not been dusted in months and some of the air conditioning vents had mold on an in them. The paint was also peeling off the walls in numerous places through out the unit. The balcony needs replacing and we were actually afraid to go out on the top balcony from the master bedroom. I am not sure if the state of the unit is due to neglect on the part of the owner or if the management company is responsible. I do fell that the cleanliness is the fault of the management company since we pay a cleaning fee and therefore things should be taken care of. I am not saying I would not book the location again but I would have to be reassured that some changes have been made.

PERFECT RENTAL with easy beach access

This condo was absolutely perfect! The unit was well equipped for cooking and perfect space for a beach vacay. We loved having the two balconies off the front that provided us with a view of the gulf. Beach chairs provided was a plus when traveling. Definitely will rent again.

2 bedroom condo with great views of the Gulf. Great location easy parking, would recommend and go back. Our lacked cooking bans for larger dinners and a kitchen sink that would drain. In fact the showers did not drain well too.

Great Location!!

Nicely decorated and clean. Still had a view and could hear the waves despite being one row back from oceanfront. Super easy 1minute walk to the beach. They had some beach supplies that you could use so I would ask to see what's available before bringing your own. There was also one bike available to use. We rented from Butterfly bikes for everyone. The rooms are spacious enough. We had four adults and four kids. No real pantry in kitchen and kept all of our non refrigerated foods and supplies on the counter as most of the cabinets were filled with pots, pans, bowls, etc. Not much bedroom storage either. We were tripping over suitcases in the master as my kids kept their stuff in our room. It would be nice to have a dresser or chest of drawers to use so the suitcases could be put away. Bathrooms are small and not much counter or drawer space for 4 people sharing one. I'm not sure when these units were built but I guess you have to take that into account. Shoreline 10 is updated but still seemed to have a little plumbing issues. We called the management company to have it them fixed. The ladies there were so friendly and helpful. Can't say enough positive about them. Someone came out quickly to look at our slow draining tub and running toilet. The tub got better but the toilet stayed the same. Also our friends tub started clogging. We just figured the plumbing was old and just dealt with it and never called or the repairman again. Other than that we had such a nice stay. Great value for the location!! Would rent again but taking into account the above issues. Again, the ladies were great at Paradise Properties. Would go through them again as well.

Great location and beach access!

We loved our stay here especially with small children because we could walk to the beach without dealing with any steps or crowds. I’ll say, it has a few quirks like some other reviewers have mentioned - master bath drains extremely slow, shower heads are quite short, master bedroom curtains could stand to be more blackout :) - but nothing was a deal breaker. My main suggestion would be to add a coffee table/ottoman in the living room so there is a place to prop your feet at night!

Great location!

Perfect location!! This is a 2 minute walk to the beach. I stayed here with my 3 kids ages 8-12. We didn’t need the fold out couch downstairs but it was very comfy to sit on! It was the perfect size for us and it was very clean, comfy pillows and bedding. Would definitely stay here again. Just a heads up, the shower heads are very low. I’m 5’5” and it was at my chin. Water pressure was great and there were plenty of towels, it just might be difficult for a taller person to shower. Highly recommend staying here if location is a priority.

Perfect location and clean property!

This was a perfect location, right outside of 30A and close to PCB activities and grocery store. Beach is very close (100 steps) and is clean and not crowded. Perfect for two couples or a family. My only real complaint is that there are no blinds or room darkening curtains in the master bedroom, and it was pretty miserable in the morning. The neighbors leave their outside lights on all night and the sun came up at 6, and the room was BRIGHT.
