This 2,500 SF brand new home is ideal for any family vacation or a friend's getaway! The game/media room is a great spot with activities such as air hockey, a pool table, a movie projector, and even a spin bike to get a quick workout in. You can soak in the jacuzzi outside or sweat it out in the authentic Russian Sauna. With about an acre of land this property sits on, the possibilities are endless! The home is also 15 minutes away from Lake Norman and 20 Minutes from UpTown and the airport

The home sleeps a total of 14 guests. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate the whole family. There are 4 TVs in the home, 1 in the master, and 1 in both guest bedrooms downstairs, with one large TV in the living room for all the family and friends to gather around. The kitchen has modern touches and marble countertops for that luxury feel, it all comes equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, Kitchen aid stand mixer, instant pot, 4 burner stove with griddle, and anything else you may need for this to feel like a home away from home.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING, NO PETS, AND NO PARTYS OR EVENT

There is outdoor surveillance on-site, no cameras on the deck for guests' privacy.

Smart Lock Entry, meaning this property provides secure keyless entry. You simply access the home using your smartphone as a virtual key that is active for only the duration of your stay.

The Asbury house was clean inside (with a few minor exceptions) and has amazing potential. Lots of space with 4 bedrooms; the primary suite being the nicest, with a beautiful bathroom/closet area. The furnishings were a bit more shabby than expected (though fairly comfortable) and the outdoor space was dirty enough to mostly prevent us from using. No comment on the jacuzzi/sauna, as we did not use. That said, the host and cohost were very responsive, helpful, and professional when we contacted them.

Race weekend

The house was in a great location. Did not have to get on the interstate to get to the race track. Plenty of room for our group of 10. Great kitchen and plenty of room to lounge around. I will definitely be staying there again.

Cozy, Ample Stay hosted by High Quality Owner

During our stay at 4th of July with my friends, I was pleasantly surprised by this home's coziness, amenities, cleanliness, privacy, and access to Lake Norman. More importantly however, I felt that we where able to seamlessly communicate with Danyel to make access and make use of the property almost if it was our own. I truly recommend this place and any other place owned by Danyel.

Race Weekend

Great house and the owner was very accommodating. Very clean house and great town. The grill was broken when we got there and the owner had us another grill that evening. Will definitely stay here again when we are in North Carolina.

Weekend away

Overall the property was very nice! The host was super helpful and responded quickly when we had questions! Neighborhood was nice and home was secure! We had a small problem with lock and the host provided us with a quick resolution! The House had all the essential needs! Definitely would stay there again!

Wedding weekend

The whole family was here for a nearby wedding at a venue. accommodated the youngest, the teens with the game room, the adults in the hot tub. Very spacious. We enjoyed it!

Mixed review

I begin by stating this was my first experience with an air b&b so maybe my expectations were not accurate. The place met our needs for a family get together. There are things to do with the game room garage, sauna and hot tub. The place is new, well furnished with plenty beds. The kitchen cookware was sparse and in need of cleaning prior to use. The landscaping was in shambles with small trees growing through shrubs and grass knee deep. The patio was dirty. Apparently there is no exterior maintenance agreement. We cleaned up prior using the outdoor eating area. I felt that the price would warrant better.

Exactly what we needed

The house was perfect for 9 adults sleeping separately! The main room in the middle of house has plenty of space to congregate and still not be on top of one another. The rooms are plenty big enough that it is quiet from the main room. The main bathroom is huge and beautiful tile work. Only complaint that we noticed was that the road it’s located on Is pretty high speed traffic on a blind corner. Made it hard to back in without being in oncoming traffic. The house is far enough from the street where you couldn’t hear traffic. Definitely worth booking the stay again!

The condition of the home was not represented as the photos showed. This house is marketed as a Luxury property. The bedding was horrible. The sheets were all pilled and the pillows had no zippered covers so the pillows were all yellow and drool stained. The extra blankets were also stained and smelled bad. Two ceiling fans were not working. The loft bathroom had no soap in it and the new blue towels were not washed so they left you covered in blue towel lint . The nonstick pans were all scratched on the bottoms and the only small sauce pan looked as though someone took a hammer to the bottom of the pan. The toaster had not been cleaned for some time and was full of crumbs. The desk chair was very worn . The couch was very worn with stains on it and all the pillows seemed to have a bunch of stuffing missing so it was very uncomfortable. Also the dining room table is wobbly. The internet did not work for 1 1/2 days which meant that we could not watch television as well as use any laptop. One of the toilets was also wobbly and the owner did not relay this message and my father in his 80’s almost fell off the toilet. The towel racks in the bathrooms had been moved and the plaster spots had not been painted over. The towel rack in the master bedroom near the tub is falling out of the wall. The master bath has a very musty smell. The carpets were all stained. The lint trap in the dryer was totally packed with lint,air hockey didn’t work,trip mat at the front door,holes in decking

House was overall good option for our big extended family. Host responsive and nice too. Sauna and Jacuzzi with back porch and grill were very nice. Kitchen nice and lots of pans and utensils helped. Garage with air hockey good but pool table pockets only about 2” instead of normal 4” so difficult to play. WiFi doesn’t reach upstairs about at all. Hot water was not existent as it ran out very quickly and had cold showers. Bedding sheets all need to be replaced… stains, worn out, and uhm body hair. Back yard was about all weeds and leaves..so unusable. A few lights and master ceiling fan/light didn’t work. House needs a professional to clean it. Overall would recommend.

The only thing I would say and I know this is not a big deal, but we could have used a bigger baking sheet for cooking. This was our second time staying at this house and I plan on staying there again next year. Great experience as always.

Golf Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was ample room for all that attended and the property was clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the large couch. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

Great house for groups

House was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the layout game room TV etc were excellent for a weekend with my brothers and friends. Overall an excellent booking and house. One constructive criticism would be more transparency around the sauna pricing. When we booked there was no indication on the listing about contacting the host about the sauna or an extra fee for the sauna. However when we arrived and found the sauna locked, we found it the sauna was locked and it would cost a large extra fee to use it. We asked the host to waive this fee but he never got back to us.

Beautiful, relaxing updated home

We rented this home for a girl's weekend and absolutely loved it. The house is in meticulous condition, the hot tub and sauna combination was lovely and just what we needed to have a memorable, relaxing getaway. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again!
