The beach house was great and peaceful however we had cold weather that was hard to regulate the heat in the loft. Also the hot water in the upstairs bathroom didn't get warm enough for shower so we shared the main shower in the master bedroom.

Regarding your stay, we sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the cold. While we did experience an unusual stretch of freezing temperatures for multiple days, we have since discovered that a minor electrical hiccup was affecting the upstairs water heater’s performance. We truly wish we could have addressed this for you during your stay. We actually have a 24-hour handyman on standby who would have resolved the heating and hot water issues without hesitation had we know. We deeply value our guests’ opinions and will do just about anything to ensure a perfect stay. We hope you’ll give us another chance to host you in the future -hopefully with much better beach weather. Wes-

This was a beautiful and spacious property located on the beach. The balcony that faced the water was incredible for watching sunsets and the walks along the shoreline were wonderful. The home was stocked well and tastefully decorated. Favorite restaurant was Maison De Lu - great food and atmosphere. Ate most of our meals at the home since the kitchen had everything we needed and it was to beautiful to leave the perfect setting.

Beautiful view! Relaxing getaway! House was nice and clean, the water in the house was dirty looking the whole stay , but otherwise great!

Regarding the well water, as we discussed during your visit, the discoloration is due to natural minerals and is common with well water. The water is regularly tested and safe for use. Perfect quiet getaway

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Just feet from the water. Very relaxing to sit in the nice chairs by the beach or on the lounge chairs on the deck. Did site seeing or hiking in the morning and relaxed by the water in the afternoon. Perfect vacation in a perfect place.

Absolutely loved this stay. Location was quiet and private. Private beach right out the back door. Hosts were on top of everything. Kids loved it, adults loved it and look forward to coming back someday!

We loved our trip to this home. Beautiful views and got to see dolphins swim by everyday. If you’re into shopping and dining, there’s a cool area on Washington street. Would love to go back.

We had a great stay. The house was on a very private road, with a 20/25 minute drive to stores. The house sits right on the beach so you can enjoy from the comfort of the back porch or on the sand.
