House close to the sea with large garden and direct access to the GR34

News: following regular requests about the lack of reviews: our house is a second home that we have only opened very little for rent before, on a platform with little visibility. Being now less often on site, we want to be able to bring our house to life more regularly and have chosen Vrbo to get started. Come and discover or rediscover St Cast le Guildo in the Côtes d'Armor, magnificent Emerald Coast (Saint Malo, Dinard, Cap Fréhel, Erquy) by enjoying a house in a green setting by the sea!

The environment is very quiet and allows many beautiful walks by the sea thanks to the GR 34 at the foot of the house.

The beach of La Fresnaye is accessible in 5 minutes by bike and 2 minutes by car, 2km from the house. All of Saint Cast is easily doable by bike and in safety. The nautical club which is at the end of the Grande Plage is 15 minutes by bike from the house.

The 165m2 house can accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults maximum ideally); it is located at the end of a traffic-free cul-de-sac and has a large garden of 2500m2, without vis-à-vis.
Shops are less than 5 minutes away by car.

This house is comfortable and welcoming for a holiday turned towards the outdoors. Here are some indications about the layout and equipment of the house:

No internet at the moment, waiting for fiber connection by the end of 2026. Unfortunately, the ADSL network does not work any better than the shared connection.

Saint Cast is an ideal seaside resort to discover the Emerald Coast on foot, by bike, kayak or sailing.

This family town offers many activities in the immediate vicinity: golf, tree climbing, sailing, hiking, cycling, restaurants, fishing, beautiful walks, paddle, kayaking, horse riding, tennis and paddletennis and many monuments a few kilometres away (Fort la Latte, Guildo castle, Cap Fréhel, ramparts and the city of St Malo, Dinard, the medieval town of Dinan, Erquy, the Rance valley etc.).
