Enjoy beautiful Lake St. John in this cute 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath bungalow. King bed in each bedroom. Bathrooms with walk-showers(no tub). Living room with satellite tv, kitchen with all appliances, including Keurig. WiFi is slow.. Enjoy the lake view from the back porch or the covered pier. Parking for your vehicle and boat trailer on site. You can fish off pier. There is an incline from pier to property.

Great place on Lake St. John

My second time here. Reminds me so much of my boyhood home just a few houses away. It's a beautiful place for a vacation stay.

Junkin and Fishing on the River

The property was everything we expected and more. From the view of the lake to the fresh yard eggs left for us by the owner we really enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this property and we cannot wait to come back.

Awesome place. Exceptionally clean, provided lots of essentials ranging from snacks to an extra toothbrush. Comfy beds and lots of towels were available. Beautiful view and peaceful, just what we needed for a 40th anniversary and birthday weekend. Louisiana mosquitoes were the only unwelcome guests. May want to include an EXTRA LARGE can of mosquito repellent in the Welcome basket.
Picture perfect view. Green lights underwater at the pier would be an asset to the evening fishing.

Very nice, had a visit to Duck's Nest Resturant good food, comfy bed, spent alot of time on the dock. Great view of lake. the kitchen was nice, new appliances.

Fall retreat

Perfect for our needs. We grew up in area but had moved away and needed place to meet up with old friends. Stayed here last year for similar reason. It was clean,pleasantly stocked and host provided fresh eggs! The lake was quiet and peaceful this time of year. The backyard was well landscaped and the pier in great shape. Loved our visit.

PERFECT ST. JOHN SPOT!

Had a wonderful time at this property. Owners allowed us to book on short notice and we exceptional to work with. House is new and had all the amenities we could ask for. Beds are great and pier is fantastic. If you want a getaway, book this house. Even if more people then bedrooms, plenty of space for air mattress. Book this house you won’t regret it!

Perfect getaway

The house was great, plenty of room, clean, and just what we needed for the week “away”. We enjoyed swimming off the pier and fishing. Also, being able to tie the boat up out of the way of water traffic. The patio out back was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. We even added an extra night on to our stay once we were there. This was a perfect getaway. We are local so definitely will be back soon!!

Great stay

We so enjoyed this property! The location is great. The dock and yard view are wonderful. There were some complementary snacks for us when we arrived. Plenty of space in the kitchen and living areas. We had a fire in the fire pit and it was wonderful! My only complaint would be all the spider webs By the TV, behind the sink, and in the corners of the rooms inside. Nothing a quick vacuum couldn’t fix so overall it was wonderful and we would love to stay again!

Ten Year Anniversary

My wife and I celebrated our ten year anniversary on June 1st , We chose this place because we wanted to stay in our home state . What a great choice !!! Beautiful, Peaceful and very clean and the price was amazing!!! It is so quiet and peaceful! The view of the lake from the end of the pier is breathtaking ! The amenities were on point ! The marina is just down the road . We will definitely stay again , Thank y’all so much for sharing this place !

Perfect house for a fun weekend getaway!

The perfect little lake house for a quick getaway! The Blue Bungalo had all the comforts of home. 2 very comfortable king sized beds with private bathrooms. The 1/2 bath came in handy too! We fished and boated during the day and came in to a shady patio to relax on in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking/grilling or the Ducks Nest Restaurant down the road is a good option for dinner, too! The owners were so helpful, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be coming back to Lake St. John.
