Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals and a spacious living room with amazing lake views. Outside, you'll find everything you need to enjoy beautiful Lake St John! Spend the day on the water then fire up the gas grill or smoker for dinner. The pier includes a shaded seating area, a swim deck, and room for docking boats.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Lakecation ! The house had a beautiful view of the lake and the set up was a perfect fit for our two adult children, their children and us. The kitchen had ample room for multiple cooks and was well stocked. The full size refrigerator & full size freezer along with the wine cooler and ice maker made food storage and cooking for the week a breeze. The huge open living room/dining room was great for family time together. It was a little chilly during our stay so we didn’t get to spend lots of time on the pier, but the kids did love fishing and sitting by the fire pit. Overall it was very clean, very comfortable and well furnished.

Fantastic Lakeside Vacation

We love this house, it is perfect for our group of old friends that get together once a year. The dock is an amazing place to hang out in the shade and the house has everything you need to make a great vacation. It is located on the most protected area of the lake, making it easy to keep boats tied up for most weather conditions. We will be back.

Family Vacation

Spent a long weekend here to fish and visit Natchez for the Spring pilgrimage. The entire family enjoyed the rental. Great outdoor area, clean, and comfortable!

We loved everything about this property! The shabby-chic-vibe lake house had a spacious open living area, a charming screened back porch, and a beautiful backyard with a view of Lake St. John. The house was well-stocked with extra towels and essential kitchen items, including extra trash bags, cooking oils, and spices. We also appreciated the Pay it Forward cabinet – such a great idea! The house was just a short drive from Natchez. Nikki was an excellent host and very accommodating. We highly recommend this property!

It was the most wonderful stay. Like a home away from home . Everything was perfect. No expense spared on quality of appliances, cookware, furnishings . I have never had such a wonderful rental anywhere I've stayed. I give it an A+ rating.

Perfect spot for family time!

We had the most wonderful visit to Lake St John staying in Nikki's home. The home was spacious and comfortable for me and my siblings and our young children. The living room was perfect for spending time together and we loved the screen in porch to enjoy late night chats and early morning coffee! Nikki was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with before, during, and after our stay! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking but the Duck's Nest is a short drive away if you prefer to eat out. We did quite a bit of swimming off the pier and the kids loved it!We loved this property and are already planning our trip for 2025! Thank you Nikki! <3

Amazing relaxing Lakehouse

Loved this house, clean comfortable bedrooms and restrooms, the large living room with comfortable seating for plenty, great kitchen, the screened covered porch to sit outside, the back patio with grill and smoker available, the dock is amazing, lots of parking for boats, a covered area with shade and fans and good fishing. We’ve been visiting Lake St John for 20+ years and this is the best place we’ve stayed yet. We will definitely be rebooking this one.

Spring break on the lake

Great Lakehouse

The place was as advertised! It was clean, great spot on the lake near the end. It's really beatiful down there amongst a cypress thicket. Not the best for swimming, as there are gators, but fishing is good. The owners do everything they can to accommodate. The wifi is Hughesnet, if you aren't familiar it can handle small things but not a fantasy football draft (which is why we were there) or any high bandwidth activity. The owner is looking to upgrade and they were very apologetic. Overall, it was really a great stay and would recommend for family's or groups. The owners are very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Family weekend getaway

Came for a quick family weekend getaway and had a great time! The views of the lake are breathtaking, and the lake house is beautiful and has everything you need for a great stay. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!
