THE HOUSE
CLEANING and LINEN INCLUDED (bed linen, bath towels, sauna towels, kitchen towels).
SAUNA: Unwind in your private sauna after a day of skiing or hiking.
TERRACE and GARDEN with OPEN VIEW over the cross-country ski trails in winter and rolling pastures in summer. Perfect for outdoor dining during the warmer months.
SIZE: 100m² with a comfortable living/dining room on the ground floor, a cozy wood stove, a kids' play area upstairs, three bedrooms, a mezzanine with additional sleeping space, a sauna area, two bathrooms and two toilets, and a small kitchen.
GARAGE for storing sports gear or other items + pantry. Parking for three to four cars right in front of the house.
CHILDREN/BABIES: toys and books in the upstairs kids’ area. Travel crib with fitted sheet (please bring your own sleep sack), high chair, safety gate for stove and stairs, toddler bed for ages 1 to 3 (please bring sheets), electrical outlet covers available.
CHECK-IN: from 3 p.m. (earlier may be possible depending on previous guests' departure).

ACTIVITIES
WINTER: cross-country ski trails right at the end of the garden, a family-friendly downhill ski resort accessible on foot or by car, sledding hill 3 minutes away by car, snowshoeing trails...
SUMMER: mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, caving (the famous "Trou qui souffle" cave 2 km away), paragliding, summer sledding...
ALL SEASONS: various events, concerts, and sports activities (check with the local tourist office). No street lighting nearby — enjoy the starry skies!
INDOORS: games and books available (for children and adults). TV + WIFI.

LOCATION
MÉAUDRE, a picturesque village ideally located for nature lovers, outdoor sports enthusiasts, and those seeking peace and quiet.
AMENITIES: restaurants, organic and general grocery stores, excellent bakery, sports equipment rental, newsagent, post office… Village center is a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the house.
NEARBY: various farms selling local products directly (eggs, cheese, meat...).

NOTES
The house is very comfortable for 6 people, and still comfortable for 8 to 9 guests.
There is a mezzanine area accessed by a steep ladder (from age 6 and up) with a sofa bed, and a single bed in the children’s area, which is open to the rest of the upper floor.

No pets allowed.
No smoking or vaping inside the house.

This is a family home, full of memories. I’ve decided to rent it out seasonally to be able to keep coming back and maintain it in good condition.

The Vercors plateau is rich in landscapes, outdoor activities, and local flavors — it’s a place where I feel at peace. Renting it is also a way to share this special place with others.
